This was my first Hot Tub, and Mario was really helpful & patient with the sales process. He told me Marquis was a top-rated Hot Tub and they were redesigning some of their flagship models. When I placed the order in December of 2020, the showroom didn't even have one on display! In April of 2021, Mario received a showroom model and said I could come over and give it a try (photo below). It looked great and felt even better...was confident I made the right choice...now I just have to wait until mine shows up:-) Even though it took nearly 2 years to receive the product, it was worth the wait! The crazy long wait wasn't Mario's fault...both COVID and the redesign were responsible for the delay. I use the Hot Tub often and it's been very easy to maintain. Since it's fairly small, I replace the water every 6-8 weeks (which means I need less chemicals to maintain the water balance). Mario recommended this instead of waiting 3-4 months. He also recommended getting a water pump to drain the tub...saves a lot of time. I can empty the tub in 30 minutes IIRC. Just using gravity takes ~90 minutes...I only did it once before getting the pump on Amazon. In any event, just wanted to say thanks to Mario with this review on my 1-year anniversary of owning this incredible Hot Tub!

He gave me a detailed explanation of how the salt cell worked, what our options were (including not doing anything but simply adding chlorine manually), and cost. After getting cost estimates (which were much better than competitor's prices), Mozart was at our pool making the repair within 2 days. He replaced the salt cell and power cell. It's rare to find technicians who are highly knowledgeable, reliable, and reasonable. We've had AAA Tropical Pools help us find the best contractors for all our pool needs. We had to have pool leaks repaired and pool lights replaced. In both cases, AAA Tropical Pools connected us to great contractors. In addition, AAA Tropical Pools was also very good about walking me through pool issues on the phone, all for no charge! I can't speak highly enough of AAA Tropical Pools based on my recent experience.

Also if you mention an issue the receptionist Tabitha will say you never said anything! This place owes me money! The pool technicians are inexperience/negligent and the owner is all but invisible.
