Joel & William arrived earlier than the scheduled appointment and I'm sure glad that they did as my pool pump had been out for several days making a horrible sqealing sound & needed to be replaced. Upon arrival and inspection of the pool pump, every option was offered to me as to which direction to proceed. I like that. Joel & William did an excellent job in a very timely manner and now I'm up and runing with a new slab & new pool pump. Terrific company with great customer service. What more can you ask for. This company charges a premium and does a horrible job. They don't even have the correct equipment to clean pools. I wrote a review on Google and his response was he "didn't know who i was" which is laughable. DO NOT use this company you have been warned. I got this guy on camera doing nothing but talking on his cell phone... then he hires someone new and he sends him to my pool. The guy had no idea what he was doing. When i called him to let him know I was not happy with his service he would not even pick up the phone. He would only communicate VIA text. Shady individual and shady company. read more

We had a well known company with stores around PSL and stuart. Over time they did not look after our pool, kept all chemical levels low and of course the pool looked awful. JD pool service came along and after two weeks what a difference The brown ring in the pool is going and it is stating to look inviting again. You can't go wrong with this pool service!! My pool looks amazing! This company treats your pool like they actually care how it looks!! They check chemicals and leave me notes on my results and what they did to maintain the pool just awesome!!!! The service guy was punctual and did a great job cleaning my pool. His rates are very reasonable. Definitely worth a try!

Started out great but then he got sloppy and lazy. Went through the motions of checking the chemicals but then just dumped massive amounts of chemical in the pool--so strong we couldn't use it for days after he left. Left the patio a mess every time. Either can't do basic math or thought i was stupid and tried playing games with money owed. If he thought i wasn't watching, he would nothing. read more
