And then I went to Coastlife. they gave me such a low quote, I started adding items like the sailfish, the two heating units(gas for hot tub, and heat pump for primary pool) I also added two fountains and a lighting package! Yes, I have disco and Mardi Gras as one of the light package choices!! Take a look at the steps, hot tub, pool as I added glass reflective tile- beautiful it's so much larger than the others I was quoted,, so not only did I get more for my money. I have this extra large pool, which is fantastic... truly beautiful and I didn't have to spend a small fortune to get it.. I had a warranty claim because lightning hit the pool panel and which Coastlife covered it for nothing.. no problem. Fixed it right away. The service I have received from these kind of people have been above and beyond.. glad I took my time and did the research. I'm a happy Canopy Creek resident. They still maintain it today.

I've had four service companies work on my Hobe Sound pool; five if you count the fella with a felony warrant out of Ft. Pierce. None compare to Oasis Pool Solutions. This company does what they say they will do: First, they show up on the day they say they will at the same approximate time. (This is important just in case you've ever had one of your cleaners show up super late during a private evening pool rendezvous.) Then, they carefully check the chemistry numbers, balance the water chemicals, empty strainers/pump baskets, scrub tiles, and vacuum the bottom. Sometimes when our crew doesn't use the pool for a week, they test and only add a bit of cal hypo. But get this: they use the extra time to do a deep cleaning. Other times, I've had 40 or so of my closest friends over for a darty and for Oasis Pool Solutions, its just another sunny day in South Florida. Nothing phases them - they've seen it all and they make sure your pool is ready for tomorrow's darty! In the past, I've experienced everything from burned out pumps clogged with leaves and underwear, tadpoles, Petri dish water, filthy tiles coated with ???, overdue filter media, sand and toys swirling the floor drain, the occasional sunken wedding ring (and prolly marriage), and other miscellaneous leaking systems. Other companies always seem to cut corners trying to save money on chemicals or time... and it always shows. As you probably know, sometimes they don't even show up, but always seem to send the invoice on time. George's team came in and they will treat your pool as if it were their own. They have shown zero temptation to corral the floating bar for a bit of tequila sunrise or a gin fizzy. Don't laugh, it happens. When they are done servicing, they email you a picture of the clean and tidy pool which is very helpful if you operate multiple vacation rentals. They are thorough, conscientious, professional, on time, and fairly priced. Hopefully they service your party pool because they will be the last pool service / repair company you will need to hire. Why look any further than George and the team at Oasis Pool Solutions?

I just had Aquatic Surfaces refinish my swimming pool, it was in pretty bad shape after 20 years of use. I have had literally thousands of contractors work for me over the years and I must say this company is in the top 1% that I've ever dealt with. I met with Dustin and immediately liked him and more importantly trusted him to do what he said he would do. Well I've got to say I was wrong, he did much more than he said he would, a classic case of under promise and over deliver. He told me it would take 3 to 4 days to do the job and he could start in February, We met a week before Christmas, in the first week in January he called and said he could start next week I gave him okay and he gave me a day telling me when the guys would be there and what they would do. His crew of many years called me and told me when they were going to be there, they arrived within 5 minutes of that time. The next day they returned as promised and finished up the prep work to get ready for the finish crew. The plasters of course also showed up right on time and completed the job on a Saturday and did a superior job in my opinion. His service guy then came back two days later when the pool was filled with water to adjust the chemicals and explain to me what he was doing and what parameters to keep them in. A couple of days later Dustin came by to provide me with a warranty paperwork and to also cover the maintenance requirements. 4 days after that meeting his service guy came by again to double-check the chemicals and adjust them as necessary. I have contracted for over 250 pools easily in my career and quite frankly the job they did on my pool was one of the best I have ever seen. I can honestly say I have referred them to several of my neighbors and he will likely do at least two or three more pools in my neighborhood. It's such a pleasure in today's world to be able to wholeheartedly without reservations provide the highest recommendation I can to Dustin and his company Aquatic Services.
