When I walked in here I was overwhelmed with the old retro elements like a mimeograph, type set machines, beaten and worn solid wood furniture from the turn of the century. I felt I was more in a museum than a print shop. I got the warm fuzzies, and that's good. David was able to help us to 100% satisfaction. He understood our concerns and needs. He also explained we could use another type of paper he carries to improve our product quality. And the price was very competitive to what I've paid. When I saw the final product I was very pleased. Prices online were outrageous and most websites were assembly line operations that would not provide any expertise or consultation. Not so with CSS. Prices here are very reasonable and Bill took great care of me and my artwork. They found the best size for my print, printed it out on canvas in vibrant colors, stretched it, and mounted it on a wooden frame. It looks so good I don't even need to frame it. This place is great! The turn around isn't as fast as say a Fedex Office, however the quality is 100X better and worth the wait. The cost is also a little more expensive, but like I said the final product is always perfect. Urban also sends out emails with great deals, such as half off and discounted projects.
