Couple days later, I get an email saying they canceled my order and said that they won't receive the item for some reason. Why take days to process my order then say you will not receive the item so you have to cancel my order. If you don't have it or the item won't come in then list it out of stock. Horrible experience. It's a fun store to look around while the employees value your stuff. The employees are usually the owners (I guess owners can be employees!). They are brothers, Bob and John, and a sister and I believe the spouse of the sister. (I've met Bob and John, but the rest I got from the website.) My favorite thing about Train Town is that the employees are happy to see you, even when you come in with a box of old stuff trains that are so tiny they can't even work on those trains, and even when you arrive with under half an hour until closing time. They don't ask a bunch of questions because they know how to assess the trains. They are so friendly that I look forward to each return.

I showed up to The Wizard's Wagon where I was greeted with MSRP pricing and friendly employees.
