The store is large and spacious with a lot of merchandise that is very well organized. There is a Starbucks in the front of the establishment and you can get your favorite beverage and relax. They also have a great selection of magazines, special gifts for the book lovers in your life, and I always seem to find something good in the clearance area. The staff is helpful in finding whatever you're looking for.

The manager Aundria looked up today's receipt for us but somehow had excuses for the receipts from 7/11 that were conveniently at $200+. Customer service was terrible the whole time bc the people who came before her had terrible attitudes about the entire thing as if we were ruining their day with this. Wife kept stressing we need those receipts bc some of the books are Barnes n noble editions which are known to have misprints and without a receipt we can't get that replaced. We got fed up and had to make a scene until they made a non receipt return for us to get the money back now.

Many of the items were unfortunately overpriced. They had professional wrestlers in a bin trying to sell them for $10 a pound definitely not worth the price especially when they're not in good condition. The bottom floor had many DVDs, video games of many eras for sale, vhs's and on the upstairs they had a variety of Books and Comics. The store had a lot of things and if they don't have it they can order it for you from one of their other stores. As cool as the store was, I did think it was truly above average at best. 3.5 stars
