So 9/26 came and went with no shipping confirmation or a delay stock email So on 10/2/25 I began to investigate and try reaching out to the pokenerds team (Just Brian) I tried email i tried DM on discord on social media platforms I even called the phone # in which guy answers and says they aren't in business anymore Then I begin to worry a bit so I start scowering the social accounts to find a post saying that the booster boxes had been shipped out Wednesday 9/28 and everyone was posting pics of there pulls. So yesterday I wake up to a vague email from Brian ( Pokenerds ) canceling my order with a Bull Crap excuse of due to unseen circumstances my order has been canceled and I will be refunded but no kind of timeline of to when that would be. I go on his site and see the same bundle I preorder for over 100$ more I am very angry with this unprofessionalism and the lack of communication ability the bootleg company has now that the brick and mortar isn't open any longer the mind you I have preordered before with no problems and or anything wrong with my purchase so you can see how I thought this was a legitimate sale and they wouldn't take my money and use it to increase his allocations and then stiff me later with little to no explanation and my money now in limbo after he has already used it and probably many others to increase his product allocations I would advise anyone thinking of making a purchase if you even can bc of the (( Collectors Club Crap )) to think twice of giving this guy your money to only have it refunded but in limbo with no date or common explanations

My order was canceled without reason on March 31st. After the time of purchase, market price for this product increased between mid Feb up until the release date of March 28; In this same time frame, the company website was advertising preorders and sales for the same product (but now only including the the JT booster box for 220 and excluding the JT elite trainer box) with the new marked up price.   I believe this to be a deceptive and unfair business practice and in violation to consumer laws that protects consumers. This business accepted my payment, I've had to call my bank to request for a refund. I believe this business is using pre order submissions from the public and canceling orders to gain additional monetary benefit at the expense of customers with limited/no intention of fulfilling customer orders. There are reddit pages of additional customers complaining about this business practice a couple years ago for similar product this business sells for additional profit. I am 1 of potentially 100s or 1000s of customers that have had their orders cancelled for no apparent reason. This business is using customer preorder money to obtain a greater position on a product in which the market value of the product for sale has increased, canceling orders on presale customers and taking advantage of market increases.

Event game play (which I have gone to twice) is always late. People new to a game (like myself) are not welcome here. No one explains the rules (even for new releases). Hobby Lobby is the biggest craft and home store that I'm aware of in the area. I'm not a super…read morecrafter or decorator but I like to pop in and see what they have from time to time. This location is always clean, items are where they should be and I can typically find an employee for assistance when I need it. They change out their seasonal sections quickly and have a lot of unique selections for decorating and baking which I am interested in. My last few visits I was able to pick up some cool seasonal baking items. I was also shopping for a plain photo album that you load pictures directly into but selection was limited. It's mainly scrapbooks here. They run sales frequently and it's typically 1/2 off... so if I come in and an item I want it not on sale, I'll come back the next week or two and it will usually be on sale. I never pay full price here if I can avoid it.
