Ive never had anything but positive interactions with any employees and the owner is the sweetest lady. I once picked up my piece and it looked a little lumpy and the paint had some specks on it, I called and they asked me to bring it back and then refired it with no fuss at all. I went this past Tuesday - it was the perfect rainy day activity! From the moment I walked in, everyone was nothing but friendly, helpful and accommodating. One of the ladies showed me around. Apparently they had just come back from a workshop and learned some new techniques. I fell in love with one of them and decided to do it for one of my pieces. It involved layering four different colors and using paper leaf cut-outs. I think it took me bout an hour to complete! Such a relaxing process and so much fun! I also painted a small plate freehand. That probably took about another hour. Throughout my time there, the ladies would occasionally check in to make sure I was doing alright. And they were always available if I had any questions.
