On our last visit no one asked if we needed help checking out and it was pretty obvious that two elderly people were trying to figure out the checkout system. After a few minutes we figured it out. Something I feel the need to add: we came back to see if they had a particular frame still in stock, and they did. I'm happy to know we can count on an inventory item being there even after a year.
