This same issue happened with them on previous order in 11/15/23, they told me what day I should return to get my item and they were closed on that day & did not reach out to me. Tried to give them a 2nd chance but she obviously can't handle business anymore. Rude, unsympathetic, excuses does not equate to being treated or not completing a job. Never again---hopefully they'll be closed down soon because no one deserves to drop off merchandise that they need for engagements only to find out it has not been worked on.
