She made an excuse as she did before while also having a nasty attitude about she didn't complete the job. She the offered to give me my shirts back rather than immediately doing what I needed. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE! She obviously can't manage her time or remember to complete orders. This same issue happened with them on previous order in 11/15/23, they told me what day I should return to get my item and they were closed on that day & did not reach out to me. Tried to give them a 2nd chance but she obviously can't handle business anymore. Rude, unsympathetic, excuses does not equate to being treated or not completing a job. Never again---hopefully they'll be closed down soon because no one deserves to drop off merchandise that they need for engagements only to find out it has not been worked on.
