I followed up several times by email and rarely received a response. When I did get a response, it was about order status being updated to "Ready to Ship", even though it wasn't actually ready to ship (and didn't ship for another 2 1/2 months). Based on their website, it looks like the new owners took over about 2 years ago. I suspect this is an actual physical store with an online presence, but they seem to be very overwhelmed with orders. Or maybe they were waiting on supplies? Who knows. I just know that better communication and transparency would have gone a long way to improving the experience. I was about ready to write them off when I got an email with a shipping label, and then the product actually showed up. But it was radio silence for the 3 months before that.
