When we first moved to our current home and started shopping here, I loved this store. I loved it for years! The staff were great, the products offered were wonderful, the store was well stocked, etc. Not so much anymore. I still shop there out of convenience. And honestly, out of laziness. I don't want to have to learn another store! I put my grocery list in order of the store and it saves a lot of time - no going back and forth. Over the years, some of the best employees have left. I know some retired, and some moved to another location. But I know some left because the company was no longer the good company it used to be. I know this because that's what I was told by some of the staff before they left. The employees are no longer as friendly as the staff used to be. Are there still some friendly employees there - of course. But most of them are not. The product selection has suffered. Things I bought for years are no longer carried here. I've been lied to when I've asked about a product. I've been told more than once that a product they used to carry is no longer being made. Interesting. Other stores carry those products. And often there are huge gaps on the shelves - it isn't always a well stocked store. Half the time I'm shopping, I can't get down all the aisles because they're stocking shelves and taking up a lot of room. Don't even get me started on how much expired food I find there! And I'm not talking about a day or two beyond the expiration date. I'm talking weeks and even months. The produce isn't as good as it used to be and neither is a lot of the meat. It's sad how much this store has gone downhill. I definitely need to work on learning my way around another store!

Unfortunately the larger arrangements had wilted flowers within 24 hours and within a few days most of it was dying. The 2nd time it happened I decided to call and let them know about our experience. I spoke on the phone with Linda m, she was very friendly and apologetic for our experience. She assured me this was not typical and insisted on sending a new floral arrangement. They delivered the new arrangement within a couple hours of our phone conversation it was beautiful! I had decided we would not longer purchase flowers from Walter knoll but after experiencing the excellent customer service we will consider using them in the future as they obviously stand behind the quality of their product.
