It's a fun store to look around while the employees value your stuff. The employees are usually the owners (I guess owners can be employees!). They are brothers, Bob and John, and a sister and I believe the spouse of the sister. (I've met Bob and John, but the rest I got from the website.) My favorite thing about Train Town is that the employees are happy to see you, even when you come in with a box of old stuff trains that are so tiny they can't even work on those trains, and even when you arrive with under half an hour until closing time. They don't ask a bunch of questions because they know how to assess the trains. They are so friendly that I look forward to each return.

But the bathroom itself had blood drips down the walls and on the floor, followed by not having toilet paper. Even washing my hands I felt like I wasn't actually getting cleaner. I will say that I asked someone for recommendations and they very obviously googled things before realizing they didn't carry any of the games he named. He then tried googling a bunch of random titles to see if they fit my interests, which I can just do myself. Great concept, not so great experience.
