Why take days to process my order then say you will not receive the item so you have to cancel my order. If you don't have it or the item won't come in then list it out of stock. Horrible experience. We're in town from out of state for vacation and found this wonderful gem of a store. There's nothing like this back home and I've been to many such stores in many states. Everything is reasonably priced and there are a huge variety of items they carry such as posters, blindbox figures, anime vinyl record/CD, and playmats. Did I mention the wall of figures and room filled with nothing but Gundam and similar model kits?I thought I'd faint in happiness when I stepped into the room.
