There a very few places that I leave a review when it's just that good but this is the place. I just moved here from Austin which has some of the best food ever. I've tried a few places here that are good but this place is amazing. Not a single dish we tried was just okay. They were all 10/10. The drinks? 10/10. The pizza? 10/10. Pasta? 10/10. My only thing is a wish they had a hot honey and pepperoni pizza (one of my faves.) I will 1,000% be back. Blown away.

Always delicious!!! The best pizza in town and not a bad price ! The pasta is also pretty darn good . Good drink menu for adults as well ! The service last time was a little shaky due to the new system they are using and the amount of customers but all in all it was a great experience as always . So if you are craving good pizza and want to get away from the hot and ready or big box combo from Pizza Hut I suggest y'all head up there and get ya something nice !!

House salad and lemon vinaigrette. A glass of Mendoza Ar wine. The atmosphere is astounding and for a small or larger group. The over is visible from dinner. The flow of the service from the kitchen is professional and relaxed. Service is worth a tip

It's worth the drive to the top of the hill to eat at Switch! The building that's a former church is definitely a very unique setting for wonderful Italian food and pizza. My friends and I tried several dishes and they were all very good. Portions were big, too. Service was great even late in the evening, and our glasses were kept full. I definitely want to go back!

So surprised at the lightning fast service here! Driving through Palestine, we almost didn't stop because it was so crowded we thought it would delay our trip. However, we were immediately seated, ordered and had finished our meal within 35 minutes! Awesome service, neat atmosphere, and food was good. We had Margherita pizza with a side salad. The dill ranch dressing was delicious. Definitely will return! Such a neat little hidden gem.

This was setup for wedding reception, was not disappointed at all!

Easily considered one of the best pizzas in town! Their atmosphere is pretty good. A lot to offer on the menu. I love their bartender, Jose! Awesome guy!

Service was meh. The restaurant itself was cute and set back out of the way. We were not impressed with the food. The garlic bread was definitely not worth the price we paid. The pasta didn't have much flavor but did have a little heat. The pizza was just meh.

    2 meatballs- kids loved them!

So so thankful we found this gem in Palestine! Thank you Yelp for that!! We came for polar express last year but didn't find this place at that time- this year we got a later time for the train and ate here before and it was so perfect!! I read the review about the parking lot which totally made me laugh and it's so true- the parking lot is Janky!! It's such a cute place- great ambiance- unique. The staff are super friendly! It's not huge so definitely make reservations if you can! We made reservations by calling that morning- they don't open until 4:30 but someone answered. It was hopping when we went on a Tuesday night! We tried 3 appetizers- the shishitos, the fried artichokes and the truffle fries. We enjoyed all of them- shishitos and fried artichokes are seriously some of my favorite appetizers in general so I was super excited to see those on the menu! Shishitos needed some salt in my opinion. The sauce for the artichokes was good but needed a little tweaking- maybe some more seasoning or something- more acid in it or something. We tried the switch pizza which was great- it really is the perfect crust- it tastes like big city pizza, not a little town like Palestine because it really is great!! We also got the house salad which was good- a tad too much dressing but not bad. Service was great! Totally recommend this place!! Excited to go back sometime!!

Just as all comments hinted: the food was amazing. Loved it! Kids had cheese/pepperoni pizza and we had imaculata spaghetti.

It's ok, like the atmosphere and their pizzas are good. The steak was good but very pricy.

Once we walked in though, we were delighted by the fresh, new and beautifully decorated interiors and the sweetest young lady who greeted us with the kindest welcome. There are tables, booths and a bar provided for seating. The restaurant was immaculately clean and access to the toilet was outside and very clean as well. The menu includes a nice variety of salads, soups, sandwiches, pizzas and some German/Eastern European dishes. I had my mind set on the beef and lamb gyro and my husband ordered the gyro with beef. Both came with fries or salad. Another in our party ordered the gyro and another ordered the pork schnitzel. My gyro was the best one that I can ever remember having. The meat was very tender and flavorful and the homemade Tzatziki, Pita and very fresh vegetables made it the perfect flavor combination. I enjoyed the crispy fries and secretly wondered how many folks pile the fries on the gyro and munch away! There was also another sauce that tasted similar to a mayonnaise and ketchup mixture that was good with the fries and sandwich. Our friend had the most lovely pork schnitzel with lots of lemon wedges (gotta have those) along with a lovely brown gravy with onion and French fries. I tried the schnitzel and I was transported instantly to Vienna when my husband and I split our last Weiner schnitzel. Yes, it was that good. The staff was attentive and kind. They made the experience even better. This was an unforgettable meal and I would be happy to return for more delicious food!

Small, but adequate area to dine, very clean and it's something new! We had the Greek salad and the Chicken piccata. Both were very good and the service was quick. The complementary rolls before the meal were good too! Bottled drinks is all they were offering on this date, but fountain drinks are in the near future. So here we are, dropped into a tiny Texas town that feels like I accidentally wandered onto the set…read moreof a gritty late-night indie film... or maybe a toned-down Charlaine Harris novels situation--minus the fangs, but with just enough "what is happening here?" energy to keep things interesting. We have zero sense of direction, everything feels vaguely ominous, and we didn't exactly come for a leisurely getaway--we rushed down to Texas because my dad is dealing with a serious medical situation. So the mission is clear: get to my parents' house and help my mom. That's it. Survival mode, but make it family-focused. Then--plot twist--my sister and nephew call. They want to see us and casually mention they'll bring pizza. Now listen... in any other circumstance, I might pause. Ask questions. Do research. Vet the pizza situation like a responsible adult. But in this moment? Free food is free food, and emotionally exhausted people do not ask follow-up questions. So we say yes. And yet, there's hesitation. Because we are in this town. This mysterious, slightly cinematic, possibly haunted-feeling Texas town. And I don't know what a "local pizza place" means here. Are we talking hidden gem? Or regret wrapped in melted cheese? They arrive. Boxes in hand. No turning back now. We open them... and immediately--plot twist #2. It's actually really good. Like, not "oh this will do" good. Not "we're hungry so we'll pretend it's fine" good. No--this is legitimately solid pizza. Fresh, hot, clearly made with real ingredients and actual effort. Cheese, a fully-loaded "works" situation, and one mystery pizza that I didn't fully identify but enthusiastically ate anyway. And I didn't just have a polite slice. I went back. Multiple times. For all of them. They tell us it's a local chain and one of the best in the area, and honestly? I believe them. Whatever low expectations I walked in with were completely unnecessary. End result: pleasantly surprised, slightly humbled, and very well-fed. Would absolutely eat it again--especially under less emotionally chaotic circumstances, but honestly... it held up even under those. That's saying something.
