I got two pizzas to go. OMG, they were so good. So much better than off the buffet. Full of cheese, lots of meat, the stuff crust was awesome. I got 4 meals out of my med. pizza. I am hooked. I will never go anywhere else around here anymore. read more

We placed an order on Sep 6, 2026, for 3 pizzas. I was explicit on the sizes and toppings, and he repeated back to me. We had issues with what we received not matching what we ordered - we received pizza with toppings and sizes that were more expensive, but NOT WHAT WE WANTED, and more importantly, NOT WHAT HE REPEATED BACK TO US. We finally got the food we ordered. When it came time to pay the bill, I explicitly asked if the bill would have what we ordered, and not the more expensive items that they tried to give us. He SWORE the ticket would match what we ordered. 30 seconds later, he handed me the final receipt (he wouldn't let me see the bill before I paid with my card) and sure enough, the bill was padded. I confronted him on it, and he finally agreed to take the item off that we did not order. I do not appreciate dishonesty. I had JUST covered that I didn't want the items on there that didn't order, and he swore they would not be there. But put them on there anyway. I recommend you review your ticket BEFORE you pay. read more

I have ordered twice now from pizza hut. The pizza was good. My disatisfaction comes from placing a carry out order each time and being asked to provide a tip when I picked up pizza. I have never heard of this practice in which no additional services were provided. When tip was declined, a 10% tip was added to my bill anyway. When the employee was questioned, He indicated that this was a service fee. Not true! If Pizza Hut cannot pay their employees enough, this is on them. If this is a practice that is encouraged, I would question their business practices. I am not from here, but definitely won't be buying from them again. JW read more

Pizza Hut of Palestine is enforcing their employees to work even if sick I have proof of that I have the write-up I was fired because I went to the health department and corporate when I was throwing up at work. also have other employees and they violated company policy on them so if you want the corona go to Pizza Hut in Palestine I was threatened by a family member that I don't even know from a district manager of violence. I have case numbers and I have everything that I need to show this is a corrupt management and they don't care about cleanliness or anything else about making a buck.then lied on me after I was threatened by that Brothers manager and now I can't get unemployment because I did the right thing and contacted the health department and corporate now corporate is sweeping it under the bus anybody that knows me as their delivery driver for those years or their co-worker knows I'm not lying Case number 1308019565 2nd case number 133178115 They make employees serve out of date food if you dont believe me I can give you several references. I was there four and a half years as a delivery driver but fired a month after I contacted health department and corporate. Sounds funny huh? Also Pizza Hut corporate never called me.. we have several different people who had families who lost jobs because who corrupt management. Look in to you have running stores. I was there 4 and a half years I know plenty of people .. I've been waiting months with two cases on file but no word. You all only care about money not loyal employees.. that's all read more

I have given this establishment multiple chances to get there customer service right; they can't even do that right. The pizza was not the way I ordered it. It was just the worst pizza hut store I've been too and I've traveled across the south, north, and east of this great country. I didn't even receive an apology. I had to drive back up there return their wrong made pizza and than HAD TO wait for them to fix the right pizza.i had just called and told them I wanted the right pizza remade. read more

If I could give 0 stars I would. Received 2 cold pizzas and 1 wasn't even the pizza we ordered. Called to ask for a refund and they couldn't have cared less. See pics of the pizza that arrived a few mins ago. It looks days old. UPDATE: even after they came back and picked up the pizzas and promised a refund, no refund was issued. Manager hung up on my twice during this whole ridiculous fiasco that could've been simply resolved. I have had to file a dispute with credit card company to get it back on principle. Completely ridiculous management that does not give a damn about their customers or making things right. My advice--Go ANYWHERE else. read more

We order from this place about every other week. The food has been fresh and hot. The wings could have a little more flavor. People are friendly and helpful. We order online and you can get it in 15 minutes; via pickup. read more

Needless to say I don't think I will be placing a online order any more!! Waiting 2 HOURS For Pizza is RIDICULOUS!! read more

Need to hire more help, very long wait time and when they did come out they looked annoyed that we were there. So we just left. I guess they're raking in the dough causes it seems that they do not to be customers read more

Stayed at Comfort Suites nearby, and the front desk clerk gave us the number to this location since we didn't feel like going out to eat. Not only did it take 10 minutes to place a simple delivery order, but we were passed around twice and the person who finally took the order sounded so annoyed about having to be on the phone with a customer. Terrible service. Glad I don't live here! I really don't even want to give them a single star, but I had to. read more

I finally decided to give this place a second chance. It had been a good while since I had. When I ordered through the app, it went through but then I received a call from an enthusiastic employee that couldn't wait to tell me that the general manager, who is angry about my review here, had marked my account as not allowed to receive service. Luckily, we have a dominos and yes, it is much better. I'm not just saying that because I'm mad, it really is. read more

Stayed at a nearby hotel, we headed here for pizza and salad. Crew seemed to be milling around when we entered; were seated and gave our order. When we went to the salad bar, noticed a child with her hands in the big bowl of lettuce. Mentioned this to our server and he had the bowl replaced. Not a huge selection on the salad bar and the veggies were sliced way too thick for a salad. No spinach for our pizza was a big disappointment...it was only 6 PM. Our pizza was pretty good; really enjoyed the crust. The manager took our salads off the bill, due to the hands in the bowl incident and we appreciated that. read more

Absolutely, the worst Pizza Hut I have done business with. Over an hour and a half for delivery, and the pizza was worse than a hot box pizza found in the lowest of truck stops. In the future, I will go to the crappiest store, find an outdated frozen pizza and overcook it in a dirty microwave. It will be better than what I just ate. read more

Since their move to the loop they have gone further down in food quality. Their buffet is tiny, their meat causes the pizza to be overall greasy (I can only figure they have reduced the quality of the meat). Their other items tend to be very bland and doughy, or overcooked (crust is burnt on many items) I use to love Pizza Hut, but no longer. I would prefer other places in town that aren't as greasy, and actually get the customer's orders correctly (the last is after both dine in and take out). The staff as well seem to lack in training, and simple politeness, although when we went in to try a buffet lunch the last time the waitress was very nice. I never had any dealings with the manager because I had heard there were..... issues. I decided our buffet with coupon was not worth the hassle. This isn't for all Pizza Huts, mind you, because we stopped at one on our last trip to Wisconsin, it was in Arkansas but I didn't Yelp then, and they were the standard I was use to before - delicious, hot, and just as we ordered.. read more

Took an hour and a half to deliver my pizza after I got a text update saying it was out for delivery. I literally live 2 minutes away.

This place needs serious help. All the Plates were dirty at the buffet. The restaurant was in need of cleaning. Multiple tables were empty but still had dirty dishes on them. Dressing on the salad bar was mislabeled. read more

Quality and service has declined so much. They cannot get an order right and the service is just not there. Don't see this place staying open much longer. We decided after tonight, we wont be going back there anymore. read more

Worst Pizza ever!!! This location has been in a steady decline. I think it is at rock bottom. I have been a customer since 1994 at both former location and now on the loop. Received the worst pizza I have ever tasted. I called the store and spoke to a person who suggested I speak to the manager. The manager refused to come to the phone. I was offered another pizza. I would not want a free pizza from this place. I'm not interested in a refund. This restaurant is in the hotel area and high traffic. Someone in a ownership position should read this and other reviews and take action. read more
