Pizza Hut of Palestine is enforcing their employees to work even if sick I have proof of that I have the write-up I was fired because I went to the health department and corporate when I was throwing up at work. also have other employees and they violated company policy on them so if you want the corona go to Pizza Hut in Palestine I was threatened by a family member that I don't even know from a district manager of violence. I have case numbers and I have everything that I need to show this is a corrupt management and they don't care about cleanliness or anything else about making a buck.then lied on me after I was threatened by that Brothers manager and now I can't get unemployment because I did the right thing and contacted the health department and corporate now corporate is sweeping it under the bus anybody that knows me as their delivery driver for those years or their co-worker knows I'm not lying Case number 1308019565 2nd case number 133178115 They make employees serve out of date food if you dont believe me I can give you several references. I have given this establishment multiple chances to get there customer service right; they can't even do that right. The pizza was not the way I ordered it. It was just the worst pizza hut store I've been too and I've traveled across the south, north,and east of this great country. I didn't even receive an apology. If I could give 0 stars I would. Received 2 cold pizzas and 1 wasn't even the pizza we ordered. Called to ask for a refund and they couldn't have cared less. See pics of the pizza that arrived a few mins ago. It looks days old. UPDATE: even after they came back and picked up the pizzas and promised a refund, no refund was issued. Manager hung up on my twice during this whole ridiculous fiasco that could've been simply resolved. I have had to file a dispute with credit card company to get it back on principle. I called months ago like last Aug. In 2019 and tried to order a pizza hut supreme sandwich. And I found out they no longer carry sandwiches. The girl on the phone didn't even Know what I was talking about. I have being getting sandwiches there for years. I found out The new owners took stuff off of there menu. read more

First time i placed an order online it took them an hour and fourty five minutes to deliver my pizza and it was freezing cold i had never had a problem with them and they are always very friendly on the phone after complaining with the manger she gave me 2 free pizza on my next order while 2 months later i tried it again and guess what same thing happened and the person on the phone tried to argue with me saying it was for pick up and when i told them i had my confirmation email they quickly change what they said and said they read it wrong! Stayed at Comfort Suites nearby, and the front desk clerk gave us the number to this location since we didn't feel like going out to eat. Not only did it take 10 minutes to place a simple delivery order, but we were passed around twice and the person who finally took the order sounded so annoyed about having to be on the phone with a customer. When I ordered through the app, it went through but then I received a call from an enthusiastic employee that couldn't wait to tell me that the general manager, who is angry about my review here, had marked my account as not allowed to receive service. Absolutely, the worst Pizza Hut I have done business with. Over an hour and a half for delivery, and the pizza was worse than a hot box pizza found in the lowest of truck stops. In the future, I will go to the crappiest store, find an outdated frozen pizza and overcook it in a dirty microwave. It will be better than what I just ate. read more

Stayed at a nearby hotel, we headed here for pizza and salad. Crew seemed to be milling around when we entered; were seated and gave our order. When we went to the salad bar, noticed a child with her hands in the big bowl of lettuce. Mentioned this to our server and he had the bowl replaced. Not a huge selection on the salad bar and the veggies were sliced way too thick for a salad. No spinach for our pizza was a big disappointment...it was only 6 PM. Since their move to the loop they have gone further down in food quality. Their buffet is tiny, their meat causes the pizza to be overall greasy (I can only figure they have reduced the quality of the meat). Their other items tend to be very bland and doughy, or overcooked (crust is burnt on many items) I use to love Pizza Hut, but no longer. I would prefer other places in town that aren't as greasy, and actually get the customer's orders correctly (the last is after both dine in and take out). The staff as well seem to lack in training, and simple politeness, although when we went in to try a buffet lunch the last time the waitress was very nice. I never had any dealings with the manager because I had heard there were..... issues. I decided our buffet with coupon was not worth the hassle. This isn't for all Pizza Huts, mind you, because we stopped at one on our last trip to Wisconsin, it was in Arkansas but I didn't Yelp then, and they were the standard I was use to before - delicious, hot, and just as we ordered.. read more

This place needs serious help. All the Plates were dirty at the buffet. The restaurant was in need of cleaning. Multiple tables were empty but still had dirty dishes on them. Dressing on the salad bar was mislabeled. read more

Worst Pizza ever!!! This location has been in a steady decline. I think it is at rock bottom. I have been a customer since 1994 at both former location and now on the loop. Received the worst pizza I have ever tasted. I called the store and spoke to a person who suggested I speak to the manager. The manager refused to come to the phone. I was offered another pizza. I would not want a free pizza from this place. I'm not interested in a refund. This restaurant is in the hotel area and high traffic.
