i just tried to come here to get some water and no one took my order. im not sure how long i was there in the first stall but i ended up moving to another one because i thought maybe it was broken. when i moved to the other one the same thing happened. i was getting upset because i had just seen the girl in there at the window so i pulled out to leave AND THE GIRL WAS JUST STANDING THERE LOOKING AT MY CAR IN THE WINDOW. mind you they were not busy there was like 3 cars there. rude. read more

Ordered chili cheese coney, cheese tots, and mozz sticks, scantly clad dog, undercooked tots, and cheese sticks were cold, didn't learn no marinara until order was delivered, Fountain drink did not have sonic ice, and drink was flat....This location needs help, wait extremely long time to order, another long jaunt to receive order, then order isn't as expected, will be a while before I return, so sad for this sonic, sub par, sCale doesn't go low enough for this review, negative 2stars. read more

We travel through Palestine when visiting my parents. We have stopped at this sonic twice and the burgers have been fantastic both times! We order ahead on the sonic app and it has been ready both times we pull up. I would recommend stopping here for anyone passing through or anyone local! Great service great food! read more

My husband and I decided to go to Sonic on W. Palestine St....not the one on the loop. We were told the wait on the chicken sandwich would be about 6 or 7 minutes. We said no problem. In a few minutes a manager by the name of Diamond stepped out to our vehicle. She said I'm so sorry it's been 10 minutes on your wait. I gave you a full refund for your entire ticket of $18.81. WOW!! That's a first! the only time we've ever had a fast food place to refund us at all especially for the full amount. This young lady is really trying to turn this place around. It's had some poor management in the past and folks had stopped visiting it so much.....We'll definitely be back. She noticed the time on her own, we never even complained about the extra minutes. Don't get me wrong I love Sonic. That being said I get so tired of getting messed up orders when I go to a Sonic in Palestine (we have two). I went to the one on the loop earlier this week and ordered a super sonic bacon cheese burger with mustard. The burger come out with mustard and mayo and I had to wait for them to remake and was late back to work. Then today stop at the one on Palestine Ave and the same thing. We ordered a number one combe meal with mustard and no cheese. They bring the order out and the burger has mayo and cheese on it. We also ordered two corndogs and the batter around the hot dog was still raw. Last of all why does no one understand the concept of a drink with a LOT IF ICE the lg drink I ordered with a lot of ice came out with less than a quarter inch of ice at the top of the cup. Its sad that I've gotten so used to this happening that I pay an extra $.60 to get extra ice to put in my drink read more
