Food was ready in a timely manner. My wings were great, but unfortunately, my friend had one that was undercooked, and had red in the center which made her lose her appetite. No, we didn't make a fuss or notify the server. It just wasn't a big deal. We had been out hiking all day, and were hot and thirsty and the beers were cold and delicious, so we just enjoyed our drinks. The patio had a nice vibe and good music, so we drank our beers and enjoyed the atmosphere. Dog friendly Good service Nice patio If you're hankering for a cold brew, come here!

Brewery #421 This…read morewas the perfect spot to take a lunch break on our road trip to Dallas a few weeks ago. We had a caravan of 5 fat boys who like to eat and drink, so ETX was perfect. I got my usual flight of 4 beers which consisted of a DIPA, hazy IPA, Dunkel and Kristalweizen. All were solid with the DIPA being my favorite. For lunch I got a chef's salad. Yes, I was made fun of relentlessly by my fellow fat boys, but I needed something semi healthy before a 3-day weekend of debauchery. I was certainly jealous when I saw their burgers and wings come out. The place is large, lots of indoor and outdoor seating. The tap list was also plentiful, and the food menu was perfect for a brewery. ETX was a solid start to our trip.

Waited nearly 10 minutes for a young lady to approach us at the hostess stand. Glad we had a reservation though cuz the folks that had been waiting were still waiting another 15 minutes or so to get a table. We were sat right next to where the food came out which was fine but when making the reservation the gentleman stated he would have a nice table for us (patio). It was rather dark inside but our table was more lit being near the food run. The waitress Tammy was attentive. We were not served the bread w/oil & vinegar that our friends raved about but probably because we order the mozzarella flat bread for app. Hubs got the wild mushroom pasta with blackened chicken & I ordered the arugula spinach salad with berries & pecans & added blackened chicken. The chicken was moist & tasty. The marinara served w/ the flat bread was absolutely delicious! We'll revisit just for the marinara!
