I really enjoy coming here and visit often. The employees are always friendly--even when they're busy--and the coffee is consistent, just as you'd expect. I'm genuinely excited that we have a Starbucks in Palestine, especially since franchises usually bring consistency and no surprises for customers. Just one piece of constructive feedback: I wish the windows were clean. Not just here, but honestly around town in general--many storefront windows are always looking quite dirty, which can make businesses appear neglected and sad. Clean windows would make such a big difference and really elevate the space and look more inviting and happier. read more

I would give this store 0 stars if i could. 1st as soon as we got there, we are to "please wait" it took 5minutes for them to take our order when there was 6 worker making drinks. Which is not ideal and horrible service. Waited another 15 mins for my actual order. Then when I asked for a sleeve another customer came in and she threw the sleeve to me to rush to attend a customer who was already being helped at the register. Extremely rude and unprofessional. Bathrooms were dirty and didn't have toilet paper. There was flies in the restroom and the sitting area. Service was horrendous and they need to be trained further maybe even managed because there was a lack of such at this establishment. read more

Nice atmosphere. The people are polite. The drive-through is always busy. It's clean. The drinks are not filled to the top and they use lots of ice. So you might check and make sure it's filled to the top and go light on the ice. Other than that nice store. read more

It's Starbucks, y'all. What can be said that hasn't already? I try to go to local coffee shops when possible, but they are closed on Sundays in this area. Starbucks is open Sundays, and I've gone to this location at least three times. Service has been friendly and my drink has been right every time. Things take a little longer than other locations I've been to. Not for lack of effort though as the staff seems to be working hard to get orders out. The atmosphere is modern. Our first time at this Starbucks. We bought 2 decaf lattes like we normally get at many other Starbucks On a regular basis. One with almond milk and one with regular. But for some reason they were terrible! The almond milk one had a really strange, but very strong after taste like I've never experienced before. I had to throw it away. Really bad. Some weird taste I can't even describe. The regular latte was also totally weird and didn't taste right at all. It too had a strange foreign taste like none before. Just don't know what was wrong but we could not drink them. Of course we had already left before we had tried them. It was close to closing, around 7:35 or 7:40. But we will not return. read more

After receiving our order in the drive thru, we noticed that the staff screwed up our order. One of the workers put something in her car and went back inside. I tried to catch her, but she said she couldn't open the door and instructed us to go back through the 15-20 minute line. For THEIR error. Ordered an Americano; hot. It was Luke warm. Reordered, the second was the same. Realized after the fact they didn't brew the espresso from the machine , they used prepped cold espresso, added warm/hot water and cream. The result- Luke warm. Been a Starbucks customer for years.
