I'm do disappointed. Went to get my kids a kids meal on Tuesday Evening for 1.99 and got over charged. Would t have even paid attention except was looking to check out the special order. Realized they over charged and called back. The manager told me to come back and she would give me a full refund. I didn't have a ride until the next day. Now the manager will only give me a partial refund. I hope everyone looks good at their receipts to make sure they aren't getting ripped off too. read more

This McDonald's is a very nice one. Very clean. I did not eat any food, however, I am sure it's on par with all other McDonald's. The reason that I am leaving a review at all is because while I was walking to the restroom, I saw their TV. Now, on this TV was not your normal BS, FAKE NEWS CNN. It was Fox News. REAL news. This is one of the best McDonald's that I have dining experience with. The order process was swift and the person taking my order was easy to understand. I have been plagued with spotty drive through intercom reception, but this was not the case today. I arrived at 12:05 during peak lunch rush, but had my order which included a special grill order of extra ketchup and mustard on my Two cheeseburger combo meal. My wife had the deluxe chicken sandwich combo and was impressed. The iced tea was excellent, please don't change how it's prepared. The French Fries were crisp and salted just right. I don't live in Palastein, but I travel through twice a week. I will definitely be a return customer. read more

Old mcdonald's was filthy. They built a new one and its still filthy. Drink area a mess no lids. Ask manger to get a table cleaned, she asked someone and they said not my job should had someone come in to work the lobby. I have traveled to some very crappie cites and liked the mcdonald's. Food has been good which was my reason for passing up one restaurant. Ordered hot cakes with extra sausage, coffee and juice. When I picked up the order I looked in bag and then asked to waitress about cream/splendor & syrup/butter that I didn't see. She told me the cream/sugar was already in the coffee and didn't say anything about the syrup/butter. Since I was holding up traffic I didn't take a second look and assumed it was at the bottom of the bag. When I arrived home, I discovered indeed it wasn't there. Since I only come to the home in Pslestine every 2-3 months these are items that I don't keep on hand. Instead of driving 2 1/2 miles back I placed what I expected to enjoy in the fridge. The unnerving part was when I called I received a simple "sorry about that and will let the staff know." I didn't expect a free burger but at least offer some type of good will gesture for me to come back then or later to make it right. read more

Terrible service each time I go up there and it's not often. One time they forgot to put the meat on my burger and the took it back. When they brought it back out the burger was in the box the wrong way with grease all over the bun. The second time was in drive thru when you can clearly see that it was busy. Two cars in front of me and they waited about five minutes each for their food. I only had two cones and two pies. The asked me to pull up and wait for my second cone. And the pies were cold and stale. Management here is terrible. I would not recommend, go to the one in Walmart. read more

Bad experience, not food. We ordered our meal, went to get our drinks. Drink station very dirty and had liquid on floor in same area. Drink lids were done so we had to ask cashier. Afterwards we went to sit down while we waited on our food but could not sit at any of the tables because none of them were clean. When I spoke with a woman who said she was the manager she politely asked a young woman who didn't do anything. As the manager started walking away the girl said it wasn't her job and they should hire someone to clean lobby. Why is she working there? That is the kind of employees that put a bad name on your restaurant and make people not want to dine there. I emailed them directly but probably won't hear from them. If I was at Whataburger my experience would be awesome I'm sure and the employees are way more respectful. Lazy "you owe me" "I'm privileged " attitudes. I'm so sick of this.
