Waited one evening for 30mins after ordering my food in the drive through. Multiple cars behind me received their food before I did. I was driving back from vacation in Florida, spent all day driving and eventually left after waiting and never receiving my food. read more

We have eaten at Whataburger numerous times. No matter if it's breakfast, lunch or supper, the service and food are always the best. I really like using the mobile app. Today was a little different in that we got to meet the Manager, Lino T. I'm not sure I've met a nicer manager! His ability to listen and give us his thoughts on our request were greatly appreciated. So many times customers look for the negatives during a visit, but today everything was so positive, I wanted to share with the Yelp community. When in Palestine and your looking to eat, go give Whataburger a try. Go get Full read more

Came here while leaving town and if I could give this place 10 stars I would. This was the hottest, most delicious Whataburger food I have had in a long time. This was beyond delicious and just solidifies my love of Whataburger even more. read more

Love their hamburgers, chicken sandwiches and salads but especially the ketchup! Nice big and well lit dining area. Do take a jacket or a blanket since they keep it pretty cool in there. read more

Visiting from Utah, I knew I had to try Whataburger. The employees were friendly and I loved all the "ma'am's" I got! The south is great. I went on the inside drive thru lane and it was shorter. The food came out pretty quickly. It was absolutely delicious. The regular Whataburger is huge. I couldn't finish it! The medium meal has a huge drink and great size fry. Ketchup even comes in a nice dipping container. I'm so sad Whataburger isn't in Utah, although the one thing that could make them better is to serve fry sauce read more

Whataburger - Delicious burger, even bigger in person. Next time I'd get the Jr burger. - Burgers Near Me - Palestine, Texas

I'm more furious then anything !! I get a phone call from my 77 year old mother and she told me she fell down , broke ribs and got bruised up a bit , broke her glasses and her watch . in your parking lot due to the painting lines in handicap area blended so well you don't even know there a curb until you trip and fall . This happened 12-27-2022 10:5am 1717 TX-256 Loop, Palestine, TX 75801 I'm so sick NO One offered to help her. Where is the kindness gone in this world. Help a person when they are down literally!! A little something goes a long way. Then ignoring it . Shame on you! read more

Fries were burnt . Everything else was good. Great customer service and they gave us our food fast!

I must say i've been to a lot of whataburgers, but never have had this much customer service. I walk in it's a Saturday at noon the place is SLAMMED, Kitchen was going crazy booths nearly full just overall busy. I go to the counter and that's when i met "Peety" or at least i think that's how you spell his name. He greeted me with a smile admits all the chaos, (mind you i was ordering for 8 people and spent over a 100 dollars) and through the whole process he was super helpful very funny and even gave me some free bags and helped to load all the food for my construction crew. He didn't once feel overwhelmed or even flinch a scoff when I told him how big the order. Whatever they're paying him an hour it is Definitely not enough!Overall best whataburger experience i ever had! read more

How are they going to forget my spicy ketchup after I specifically asked for spicy ketchup! Not only that but they didn't give me no damn napkins ! Once I got home and opened my meal they gave me 4 chicken nuggets instead of chicken strips! read more

I use to be a die hard Whataburger fan until I went to Brauns. They have a better price and a fresher burger

Had the worse experience ever at a Whataburger in my life. First service speed was terrible and didn't help that I got in the slow outside line. The truck in front took forever to order , don't know who's problem that was . Then was charged $16 for two sandwiches as I told them I just wanted sandwiches. Thought I would clarify that when I got my receipt but never got one . One girl brought drinks to my truck but told her I did not order any.The girl checking people out seemed to be playing with her computer and staying out of sun and only words every said was how much bill was and because she waited so long I had my 2 sandwiches and never saw her again. As I had waited 20-25 minutes already and was running late I had to leave. Seriously don't know if I would go back. read more

They said "we can't toast the bun on the grill because of cross contamination" "YOU STILL GONNA ORDER NOW"? Prime customer service sir, great job! read more

I was quick to rate this place with a lonesome 1 star because my very first trip here I ordered a Large sprite in the drive through, only to get home and realize that I've just been served a nasty ass gallon of carbonated water. OMG, I literally break out into a sweat any time that happens. Butttt since I'm a better man than I was last year, I gave them a second chance. First night's meal was blah anyway. Next night I opted for a something with a little more zazz, went with the fajita burrito deal they got going on and man o man was it wayyyyy more on the tasty side! I wanted to drive back up there and order another one, but I was scared I'd smoke some pot on the way and end up ordering several honey butter chicken biscuits as well, so I watched a little bit of Cops and went to sleep. Pretty good Whataburger establishment except for my carbonated water sprite, not that I'm still upset or anything read more

My large 32 ounce milkshake was overfilled. Everytime I closed the lid it would spill. There were no napkins anywhere, so I couldn't wipe the cup. My cup was sticky and so were my hands 0/10 whataburger read more

The workers are very friendly but the food is horrible. Each time I have eaten here the fries are old and do not taste good. The meat is always super dry and over cooked. I would not recommend eating at this whataburger. read more

I had an opportunity to talk to "Eric" while I was dining. I had noticed that he was constantly helping customers. He would speak to everyone and chit-chat with them as he worked. New restaurant has been rebuilt and is OPEN! Still amazing service and yummy cult faves you expect from whataburger

Used to get lunch from here a lot when I worked at silver lady when I lived in Palestine. This is the nicest Whatburger I have ever visited on my 46 years of living in Texas. 5 Gold Stars!! Service and cleanliness a plus.

Love Whataburger because 24hrs and because quality food that is great anytime of the day or night. Good portion size and love the Spicy Ketchup! A little disappointed about pricing I am a creature of habit and order the same items each time. The prices in Palestine are $0.50-1.00 higher for each combo meal than the same new stores in the Dallas market. If your feeding a family of 5 you notice the difference on your ticket. Love the new store and service is quick and friendly and always clean. read more
