I can't tell you how many times my order has been wrong. I go to our Palestine Chick-fil-a a lot. Wednesday, this week, I was there, drive thru, had specifically told them I needed ketchup and to not forget the bag of crunchies that come with the Cobb salad. When I got to the window, I asked again if all my condiments were in the bag and was assured they were. Out of consideration to the cars behind me, I took his word for it. However, when I got home, 20 miles away, I open the sacks of food for my family, only to indeed note the ketsup and crunchies were not in the order. I'm just not understanding why an owner would allow a crew to turn up table and chairs before 9:00 closing time! My husband and I have driven up to eat twice 1) approximately 8:20ish 2) drove up at exactly 8:33 tonight. Both times with intentions of dining in, but saw tables and chairs all turned up. Went thru drive thru tonight. When we ask at the girl said we clean early. A rude attitude that does not fit Chick-fil-A culture. Positive upbeat attitudes are slipping. The food is what you would expect of a Chick-Fil-A. No issues there. They do need to tremendously need to improve upon their service. Only CFA I've ever been to that they don't smile and say 'my pleasure' and have quick service. Don't know if they need more training or if the owner needs to hire more staff. I'm used to someone coming around and getting you refills or at least almost immediately as you walk to the counter for a refill to be waited on. They are very slow on this. We've been several times since they opened. At first, their salads were huge and filling. But the last 2 times we've been, they have added less and less of everything. I have noticed several people complain of how long it takes to get breakfast. It takes a long time to get breakfast and when you place an order online, they do not start your order till you check in the parking lot.. no difference than just ordering while you get there. I have noticed the salad portions keep getting smaller. I am not sure if they have a portion size they need to be but they are definitely very small portion when it comes to the salads. This is the first and only chick fil A that has ever gotten my order wrong... Several times. Breakfast opens at 6:30 but I have waited as long as 30 minutes for breakfast multiple times. Usually chick fil a's drive thru is definitely there strong point. Palestine is obviously the exception. Hardly ever do they get the order correct and the line doesn't move like other chick fil a's. On this particular visit, I ordered chicken tortilla soup and they gave me chicken noodle. I called to let them know and Jordan who answered the phone seemed like I was the 100th call that day with a complaint and said basically nothing. Poor service. I usually don't post reviews. Up until today the service has been manageable. We ordered online, not only did they not give us some of our order, the stuff we did get was wrong. So we drove back up there and were ignored in the drive through. She went and got the orders of the cars behind us. Then we were still given the wrong order!
