I was in shock on how this place is trying to nickel and dime for everything, the lady rein had horrible customer service and always had a smart ass remark on her responses. I do not recommend this place at all, the receipt comments are lies as my watches do not have scratches and wear all over the place as stated... go to BAYSIDE watch intead also at the mall... BATTERIES are $19.95 less expensive, they have a 1 year warranty at no additional cost on top of free time set & friendly staff.
