Hubby beat me to the punch and took him there on one of my work days but this past Saturday after the gym, he suggested we go again and I was all for it. This is a great place to go for indoor play during the winter. It's spacious, there's a ton of indoor playgrounds and a bouncy castle for the kids to go on. My one issue was certain slides and tunnels were a little tight for me to get through. My son does independent play but he does want me to go on playground equipment with him still. I lost a lot of weight so I can fit fine on most playground equipment but this playground equipment wasn't entirely adult friendly. They offer complimentary coffee and tea which I think is really awesome but I was hesitant to try it. I am a coffee snob and since I've had to go back to only drinking almond milk in my coffee and not the nice delicious dairy free creamers I was using to mask the taste of bad coffee I'm hesitant to try coffee at certain places. Hubby seemed to enjoy it but he used the free tasty creamer they put out. Still it's nice that they even offer free coffee. Open play is $12 per session I'm not sure if they offer a play pass or not.

First, the gate was stuck in the open position due to a mechanical issue, which Walpole was able to fix quickly and on the first visit. Then, one of the hinges on the gate literally snapped in half, leaving the gate, again, stuck open. This happened 24 hours before my VIP renter was scheduled to arrive. Figures, right? I emailed (it was after hours) Walpole in a panic, and they were able to send someone out to fix the issue the next morning, before the renter's arrival. I am so grateful to Walpole for not only doing great work, but also being so responsive. It's rare to have a company on the East End of LI give such great customer care; especially in the middle of the summer.

It's organized in the sense that everything in a specific category was together (ie, pillows, pet items, pots/pans, food, picture frames, candles, etc). I was there maybe 30-45 minutes and heard items shattering on the floor twice. Some aisles you can't even get a shopping cart through. I felt in this location, they don't have too many of each particular item so if you find something you like or are hesitant about, I'd say just purchase it because you probably will not find it again. Prices overall are reasonable if not very good for what you're getting. I had found 2 items I wanted but when I was ready to go on line to check out, I realized the line went almost all the way to the back of the store! Needless to say, I wasn't waiting in that line for 2 items and just left.
