Lin keeps all the details straight, she's organized and smart. Then Zeno and his crew - Argentina, Socrates, Brian, Luis - neat, efficient and respectful of our home. So nice. Plus when our scope creeped to include a new foyer, staircase, master suite, roof repair AND wallpaper install - they took it all in stride and finished all of it in under 5 weeks. Shout out to Socrates who finessed the paint on the walls and the stain on the new staircase. Hubby beat me to the punch and took him there on one of my work days but this past Saturday after the gym, he suggested we go again and I was all for it. This is a great place to go for indoor play during the winter. It's spacious, there's a ton of indoor playgrounds and a bouncy castle for the kids to go on. My one issue was certain slides and tunnels were a little tight for me to get through. My son does independent play but he does want me to go on playground equipment with him still. I lost a lot of weight so I can fit fine on most playground equipment but this playground equipment wasn't entirely adult friendly. They offer complimentary coffee and tea which I think is really awesome but I was hesitant to try it. I am a coffee snob and since I've had to go back to only drinking almond milk in my coffee and not the nice delicious dairy free creamers I was using to mask the taste of bad coffee I'm hesitant to try coffee at certain places. Hubby seemed to enjoy it but he used the free tasty creamer they put out. Still it's nice that they even offer free coffee. Open play is $12 per session I'm not sure if they offer a play pass or not.

I will break this review into 3 parts: 1. showroom and safe…read moreselection 2. delivery/product 3. customer service There showroom is large and has a wide selection of safes so you can see many of the different manufacturers and model offering. I dealt with a salesman, Bob Sands. He was extremely helpful and took the time to give me a lesson on safe construction and what to consider when selecting a safe. He was able to answer all of my questions and helped me in selecting the right safe for my house and needs. It took about 1 week based on their delivery availability to get the safe delivered. They use a rigging service which had very friendly a experienced workers who were able to quickly get the safe installed and somewhat leveled. The safe was installed exactly as I requested and everything looked good in terms of the quality and meeting my needs. Now for customer service. This is where they lose the 1 star. It was partially my fault that I did not check the stability of the safe before the rigging company left but needless to say it wobbled when I pushed on it. The riggers added metal shims to level the safe but did not completely level it all around thus the wobble. I took a video and sent it to the office administrators (2 ladies) and explained the issue. I am not sure if they did not understand my problem but they said that they tried to tell me that the riggers told them there were no shims and they installed the safe as per my instructions. Then they recommended that I fill the safe with items and the weight would resolve the wobbling. They offered the riggers to come back to my house to resolve the issue for a $150 return fee. I politely explained that everything they were explaining was incorrect and that it was unfair to charge me to come back to complete a job that was not done correctly in the first place. However, I needed to safe properly leveled to eliminate the safety hazard so I requested they schedule the riggers to come back and I would pay the fee. The riggers returned in about 1 week and funny thing is their work order said that I had requested the safe be moved. When I showed the riggers the wobble and that I just wanted that resolved, he acknowledged that he made a mistake in leaving the safe this way during the delivery. He removed the shims and redid the work and properly leveled the safe and did not charge me any fee. To summarize, my entire experience was great and my only issue is with the administrative staff that work in the office. If you end up having to deal with them to resolve anything with your purchase, I would suggest being extremely detailed to ensure they understand your problem. Aside from the administrative staff, I am very happy with this company and would definitely use them for my future safe purchases.

I've used Trophies By Jay before, but this experience was so bad it permanently ended any future business. I dropped off two fantasy championship trophies for plaque engraving, which should be one of the simplest, most routine jobs imaginable. After an entire week of complete silence, I called for an update and was told, word for word, "Fantasy trophies are not the priority right now. I'll get to them when I can." No timeline. No apology. Just blatant dismissal. I gave it more time and called again four business days later, only to receive the exact same response. When I pressed for an ETA, I was told there was none and that he maybe could get to it by the end of the following week--nearly three weeks after drop-off for basic engraving. At that point, it was clear my order was never going to be treated with even minimal importance. Rather than taking responsibility or communicating like a professional, the owner became openly hostile and combative on the phone, telling me to come pick up the trophies so he "didn't have to deal with" me asking for updates. When I arrived to retrieve them and calmly stated I would be leaving a review, he had a full meltdown--stormed into the back room, started yelling, and ordered me out of the store like a child throwing a tantrum. Yes, the physical work is passable--but that is completely overshadowed by the astonishing level of arrogance, disrespect, and contempt shown toward paying customers. The owner clearly does not value people's time, does not understand customer service, and should not be running a business that requires any interaction with the public. If you value professionalism, communication, or even basic human decency, take your business anywhere else. This was hands down one of the worst customer service experiences I've ever had, and I will never return. I strongly recommend others avoid this place entirely.
