He took a pic of the pool from outside the pool area and sent me an email with the pic, all services he supposedly performed and pool readings all without entering the pool area. I called Frank to let him know his technician lied about the services performed. He responded saying he was aware and the technician didn't service the pool because he thought the dog was in the yard and planned on returning the following day. If that were true why send me an email stating all the services he performed with false pool readings instead of sending an email saying he would return the next day because he was unable to service the pool. Better yet knock on the door and save a trip. My dog wasn't even in the yard. I cancelled the service since Frank just made excuses for his employee, never apologized and then questioned why I was cancelling his service.
