Neither big box retailer could tell me much about their tubs except for price and obvious things such as 1yr warranty but they didn't know how that worked or the fine print details, or anything about their service after install etc. Notable was that they did disclose that they "neatly leave the packaging / trash for the consumer to discard"- What?! Then remembered The Place in Medina, Ohio. So glad I went this route. Rex Brown was very knowledgeable, he answered All of my questions and concerns (that no one else could and other info. that I couldn't get online). The Place has a large inventory of Hot tubs. Like most stores, big box or small retailers they have a limited amount of Plug n Play units but more than most that I went to, and they carry the BEST plug n play model on the market: The Dream Maker and at an affordable price too. The difference with The Place and Big box stores, is that The Place knows their products and stand behind them! It is a family-owned company-(buy local). They have a repair shop on sight, their own repair guys/employees (unlike big box- once you get it home - after warranty-it's on you to get it fixed). The Place also carries any accessories, like filters and chemicals that you may need for your hot tub. The transaction was GREAT from start to finish, (no gimmicks, no delays, no bait and switch). The delivery and set up was quick and very professional; they left no trace of packaging material aside from my beautiful hot tub you would never know they were there! I couldn't be happier- I highly recommend Rex Brown and The Place in Medina Oh.

Shortly after, the technician (Jeff) called me back extremely upset, claiming we were "bugging" them, and stated that the owner instructed him to cancel our job and process a full refund. I explained that this was our first phone call today to management and we were simply looking for a timeline since we hadn't heard back all weekend. But he refused to listen, claimed he told us to wait until Monday (which is not in our call recordings or my notes), and canceled the service. Very unprofessional conduct. We suspect this company is discriminatory due to us not sounding like we are from the area and being based out of state. We also paid for our job, but have yet to receive a full refund.

I went on the roof with him and he noticed damage in some areas. My insurance company sent out one of their inspectors and he noted the damage. As always my insurance company nickel and dimed the situation to do the bare minimum of repairs. The Restoration Guys know what they are doing, they got me a full roof replacement . It took some time and some fighting with my insurance company, but they guided me through the process and in the end the whole roof was replaced for just the cost of my $1,000 deductible. It looks great! And I highly recommend them Just be patient through the process.

We were preparing to put our home up for sale and we hired Dussault Moving & Storage to store some…read moreof our property while the house was being shown and they would deliver it when we moved. Dussault delivered our belongings and they had no regard for our furniture or other items. We looked at our dining room set that they delivered and it has a big chunk out of it and it is scrapped on the side. The filing cabinet they put in my office, has big scratches and gouges on it. We marked our boxes with stickers showing if the items in it were fragile or heavy. They carelessly placed fragile items on the bottom and heavy on top. One box that had decorations in it to hang on our front door for various events was on the bottom and the box was crushed!!! We initially thought about hiring them when we moved all of our things to the new home but decided to go with someone else. All I can say is THANK GOD WE DID or we would have more things trashed or ruined. If you're moving, DON'T use Dussault Moving, you'll be sorry if you do!!!

My parents were helping my wife and I move when Tom showed up to our apartment. From the very beginning he had an anger problem with my mom. I told him that I wasn't sure what was said on the phone but my mom's father had just been put in hospice so take her with a grain of salt. While in the apartment he was barking orders, and being rough with our belongings. One of the things he asked to do we did, but while doing it he continued to exasperate the situation by not letting go of the subject. When I asked him if we could just drop the subject and move forward he lost it; refusing to move us at this point. Tom brought what had been taken to the truck and brought it back to the apartment as if he was dropping off garbage. He continuously dropped the "F-Bomb" even telling my elderly father, "F@#! You!" He also shouted that he's an American. He also let us know that he has been with the company for 16 years and that they would side with him over a customer. The owner ended up sending out new guys, one of which was Tom's partner to begin with. His name is Eddie...super nice guy! He even apologized for Tom's behavior. Eddie and the guy he came with, Dre (?) are the reason I am giving two stars instead of just one. If I talked to my customers even a tenth of the way Tom spoke to my family and I, then I would be unemployed. It is very sad that there are good people looking for work and yet a man like this still has a job. One day he is going to talk this way to the wrong person and they aren't going have it and he will probably be shot as a result.

The final deck is amazing; great craftmenship, quality materials ,and exactly what we were imagining. We are so excited to enjoy our time outside with our family. I thought it was the company calling me so I called them. The girl that answered the company phone said, no I have the wrong number. When I explained she then said oh yes, we are to busy to deal with you, that must have been a recruiter. I'll see if I can get her to call you. I also sent an e mail to the recruiter. 10 minutes later she calls. 15 minutes late. 2. She then starts asking me questions that are on my resume. I asked, do you have my resume? she said yes, so I said, did you even look at it. Duh. I doubt she did. Again more questions already answered on resume. 3. Since I started my own deck business and did it all, sales and the construction, for over 40 years, it seems to me it should be clear I can sell decks. 4. It seemed to me she was searching to think of questions to ask me. Then asking questions about something I had just explained. Or asking the same questions in a different way. 5. She asked about my tech skills and I explained I had been building websites since 1999 so I would say 10 out of 10. 6. She then asked if can I design and build excel spreadsheets from scratch. Why would a deck salesman with over 40 years experience need to do that. 7. A few more stupid questions led me to say, "You know what, based on my experience with you I no longer am interested in Klassic anything. Probably dogged a bullet. What is funny, they claim they been in business since 1996, thousands of decks, yet I never heard of them. The Cleveland BBB says they have NO REVIEWS. So I looked them up on the Ohio Business website. Their first company name was Custom Decks Inc. Why change names? Changed the name in 2013. So been doing business as Klassic for 11 years, not 30 years. Read Elle S. review You probably also dogged a bullet. re=posted Cant say if they build nice decks, or not. What I can say is that I contacted them on Thursday May 29. Had to call again next day due to no contact. Nate came out on Friday May 30. Went through the whole ordeal of measuring out the deck and laying it out on graph paper. Said he might have a quote to me by email that night, but more likely Monday June 3rd. Called back on Wednesday June 5th to say I had net yet received a quote via email. Later Nate texted me to say that at this point in the season they are too busy to take on a deck that big. Why didnt he just say that when he came out instead of wasting my time and his for that matter. My guess is they were not interested in doing a wood deck. Not everyone wants plastic decks. Communication is not that great. Leaving people waiting is VERY, VERY DISRESPECTFUL and not a sign of a good business person.
