I've been hearing about this place all the way from CA so had to make sure I stopped at least once. Their drive thru line was so long but no one was inside so we go service right away. We ordered a Dirty Little Secret and personalized two others. We also got their new Dill Pretzels. The drinks were actually really good! Love that you got the fruity flavor as well as the soda. None of them were too sweet. The pretzels were a fun little snack but the flavor could be stronger I think. I didn't catch her name but the girl who helped us was soo helpful. She walked us through the menu, was extremely patient as we tried to decide what to get and what flavors would go well with what. I pulled into the Drive-Thru this morning at 9:30am. A worker was outside "chatting" with what appeared to be a friend in a jeep who was pulled up into the drive-thru line. After waiting for 3-4 minutes (the worker looked at me and then continued visiting with her friend) I finally rolled my window down and asked if I could please get some help. She seemed annoyed that I was interrupting her and told me I could just pull around and place my order at the window. I proceeded to the window where the worker asked me what my order was. I explained the situation in the drive-thru and told her I would need a menu before I could place my order (I am not a regular customer). She seemed perplexed and said she didn't have a menu she could show me. I couldn't really turn around and back up because the worker and her friend were blocking the drive-thru area where the menu sign was posted, so I asked: "Can I get a Dr. Pepper Zero and have you tell me what your most popular flavors are?" Her response was: "I'm sorry - we are all out of Dr. Pepper Zero." This.... at 9:30 in the morning. As a Bay Area native who watched SLOMW I was very curious to the hype over swig and it didn't disappoint! Came here after a fun drive through alpine loop scenic byway/walk downtown as a little treat while we drove through BYU and it did not disappoint! It was super busy inside so we decided to just go through the drive through. The server was nice and quick even if it was just her and while the line was a little confusing because 2 becomes 1, it was not that bad of a line and we got our drink quickly. I ordered the just peachy which was Coke Zero, peach, and coconut creme- it was good! While I'm more of a refreshing drink girly, I do think this drink was tasty even if it wasn't what I'd usually order. Horrible business! The drive-through line at the Ogden location Swig next door is constantly blocking access to our veterinary hospital, sometimes causing 10+ minute delays. We've tried speaking with their staff multiple times, but without a manager on-site, nothing has changed. It's become a serious inconvenience for our clients--many of whom are dealing with stressed or sick animals. We're asking Swig to please take action and be a better neighbor. When in Utah there are multiple spots like this to grab a sugary drink and snack. This was my first time trying Swig and the experience was 95% positive. The menu is quite overwhelming, but in a good way. There is surely something that will suit your fancy. I'm a big fan of coconut and vanilla so naturally I went for the Texas Tab concoction consisting of Dr.Pepper, Vanilla and Coconut Cream. At first I was into it and then slowly the coconut cream became more off tasting in the drink. I couldn't finish it. Sugar Cookie. It was large, but not as good as Crumbl. Nutcracker Hot Chocolate. Holy moly. This is the best hot chocolate in the existence of ever. Literally so freaking good! Pretzel Bites. Soft goodness and a great amount for the price. I stopped by this swig when I was hanging out with a friend since we both had gift cards. This location had two lanes for the drive-thru, but it was not the smoothest experience because the employees would walk with some cars and then cars would move, and it was confusing to know when and where to go. Just to be safe, it would be good to wait for them to approach your car. Other than that, they employee that helped was was nice and let us use two different gift cards for our orders. It's also a fairly small parking lot, and the lines can get pretty long for the drive-thru, so I am not sure what the experience would be like inside the shop. The man turned the pad for us to pay and when I told the person that I was with that they were trying to force a tip, the employee that was taking our order hurried up and hit pay for us and so we basically felt obligated to go ahead and pay. I try not to drink too much soda or sugary drinks, but when I have the craving for a "fun drink", Swig is my first stop!!! I love their refreshers and the Raspberry dream (dr pepper with raspberry purée and coconut cream). The employees taking orders in the parking lot are always very friendly and efficient and they are quick to get you your drink of choice. There are so many options and combinations, you will never tire of trying new flavors and combos! I do think their online menu could be more user friendly, however. The stationary menu is very hard to see from where cars wait in line, so your first instinct is to get online and look there, right? Online, you can only read the beginning of the description for each drink, with the rest being cut off. read more

I'm a big swig fan. There are always at least a couple of drinks that are right in my wheelhouse but I think there menu options have gotten smaller lately. That being said i can always go for a guava-have-it. Also their sugar cookies are so good. We're in the midst of interesting times for food and beverage right now with the COVID-19 crisis so there are a couple of things I really appreciate that Swig is doing right now. They wouldn't take our tumblers for cleanliness reasons but they still gave us the discount, which I definitely appreciate. They were also very careful about wearing gloves for the transaction. Solid soda spot!! I moved out of state recently and miss Swig runs. My go-to is Mountain Dew/sparkling water with peach purée and fresh lime. The sugar cookies have been my FAV since 2014. I crave them all the time! I recently visited while I was in town and was bummed because my drink hardly had any peach purée and I feel like they put way less frosting on my sugar cookie than they used to? All Utah County soda lovers know there are SO many places to choose from. I've drank coconut-y, half-and-half-added sodas from everywhere I can buy one here, and here's the breakdown for Swig compared to the rest: - the menu is a lot smaller. They have some unique sodas (including some fruit purees which, in my opinion, are much better than the fruit flavored syrups), but there are very limited options of their own flavor/sods combos. If you like to try the whole menu, you'll be done pretty quick. BUT if you like to have a favorite that you stick with every time, this isn't a problem for you. - the service is awesome. They're super friendly, casual, and don't put any pressure on you (for an indecisive drink chooser like me is pretty important!) Also, holy COW they are speedy! It's like they're out to break records for the quickest soda ever made or something. (Btw, I think they've won it.) - the cookies are incredible!! Ask for chocolate frosting and you won't be disappointed. Enormous, cold, rich--they're the total package. One is really satisfying because of the size and richness. - the rewards program is great.
