When you are in a drive-thru line for 20+ minutes with 3 cars -- and you are the 3rd car -- the wait time is too long. I've simply backed out of the drive-thru a few times, grateful no one came in behind me so I didn't have to wait for yet another 20 minutes. This kind of extended wait time happens a lot. But what's more, they now consistently get my drinks wrong. Today is the last time I'm going back. I ordered a 32oz Me Time with Mtn Dew Zero, 1 extra scoop of fruit (mango), and fresh lime. When I got home, I opened my cup, and I had none of that. I did have a 32oz Mtn Dew Zero, and it did have about 1 tablespoon of frozen pineapple, and that's it. So what then did I pay for? And what makes it even worse is the staff -- especially the girls who run this place -- are often unwilling to fix the drink when it's wrong. They do it begrudgingly and are rude. This isn't an anomaly. I've been here enough times to know this. For this repeatedly to happen, I figure it might be a bad system, bad training, or bad staffing. What else explains this?" read more

I have been in line for over 20 minutes and we are still not moving. It's unfortunate because Sip N has the best drinks, but they are so slow. If someone orders five drinks, have them pull forward so the drive thru can still move. read more

Waited almost 20 min in line with 4 cars in front of us when we got in the drive thru line. After waiting 20'min we get our 4 drinks and they were all flat. By the time we noticed we had started driving away and I didn't want to wait another 20 min to maybe get a fix. Ok hear me out I've given this place multiple tries in hope that it would get better... NEWS FLASH IT NEVER DID. Me and my friend went in and had 2 cars infront of us and guess how long it took before we could even order. 30 MINUTES. We ended up just reversing and leaving because I'm sorry?? WHAT! Then about 2 weeks later we wanted to try again in hopes that the last time we went they were maybe understaffed? And the same exact thing happened. If it couldn't get any worse I tried again a month later. Why you may ask?? Only god knows. I got a very simple drink it is called the Kami which is Dr Pepper, coconut, raspberry purée, and cream. I take one sip and it was actually all cream. Now I'm going to be real I love cream in my drinks and sometimes I ask for extra. BUT HOLLLYYYY THIS.. THIS WAS CRAZY. It was literally half cream. I also had my small 5lb dog with me and the lady clearly saw her and how small she was and decided to give a whole ass tray of cream when I asked her if they did pup cups and she said yes. Look at the picture below and tell me that is a pup cup. YOU CANTTTTT you can also see she already licked it a few times and it still looks like a dent wasn't even made. This is a favorite stop for a yummy flavored soda! I enjoy The Other Wife (diet) and on a warm day, the Loopy Loop is refreshing! Today my daughter and I stopped by for a Hawaiian Ice! Yes, Sip'n is the reason I need new pants. There is just such a fine line between good and evil. Sip'n rides that fence, and is both sooo delicious (teehehe) and sooo nefarious in their non-soda based offerings! I am not a soda drinker. I've no use for the new "soda bar" fad. So, if you're hoping for a review based on that side of their menu, you won't find it here; other than I can tell you that all the same sodaddicts who love the other places, love this one even more. What you will get at Sip'n - probably repeatedly, like myself - is a whole wicked treat menu, complete with photos (more evidence of their organized villiany); and 100% fresh fruit smoothies that encorporate unique options and deliver strongly on flavor. I have really loved every smoothie I've had. They will make your smoothie with either a milk or water base. Their treats consist of donuts, homemade Oreo and Mint Oreo, cinnamon rolls..and what I now refer to as Satan's Crack (sounds bad, eh?)...Peanut Butter Bars. I'm a longtime PBB enthusiast, and will typically order one if it appears on a menu. If you're the same way and you're on a diet, forget your read this and don't even get within a mile of here. The worst part about shaved ice is usually the ridiculously hot wait, but this place totally resolves that by having a drive through. Where you can get ice cream, smoothies, shaved ice, drinks and desserts. I had a dole whip, which is essentially soft serve pineapple ice cream and it was delicious! I also had a small Tiger's Blood shaved ice, which was bigger than anticipated, but pretty standard otherwise. I'm not so much a fan of the desserts, but I'm picky about those kinds of things (I really need puff pastry or cake in my life to be happy), so I don't mind too much. Other people really seemed to enjoy the peanut bar. Which was huge. But... Anyway, it's off on a little side street, so you pretty much have to make a trip to go there, but it's totally worth it. It just doesn't get any better than Sip-N Spanish Fork. I work a lot of graveyards always need a good caffeinated drink and treat to keep me goin all night. I've been to every drink place in the area Fizz, Soda Retreat, Sodalicious and nothing compares to Sip-N. Drink of Choice is the Skyhawk treat OHenry Bar. But it's not just the treats that keep me going back it's the awesome night crew gettin the job done! They are some of the best young men I've ever met respectful, funny, generous, and kind. The kind of people that naturally just wanna brighten people's day. For some that might not mean much, but in today's day and age I meet a lot of teens who are entitled, spoiled, mean, and very disrespectful. This has been the worst experience I've had with a Sip-N ever. After pulling into the drive thru, we were told to wait and look at the menu and that they'd be ready in a second. After more than 20 minutes the line behind us fluctuated in length because so many people got sick of waiting. Poor victims pulled up not knowing that they'd be waiting and wasting their precious time. Eventually, we decided to pull up to the window and see what was going on. Nobody was at the window so we continued on and parked, hoping to just go in and order. We got out of the car and walked up to the door, which was locked. After going back around to see if the people behind us had been served, we saw that they too were waiting or had gotten impatient (which is fair after the time that had passed) and given up. We only got 2 drinks, both 32oz. The Keith. And blue lagoon. The Keith had just raspberry puree and flat root beer. The blue lagoon was nothing but mnt dew. They were a little over 6 bucks asked why, the teen said that's the normal prices. Went back to get them fix and the teenager said that's not her job or worry. while she was talking about going to the pool to her other coworkers. The drinks ended up making us both sick.
