The shaved ice is AMAZING, but the service is terrible, the cashiers are very short and cold with every interaction. Not friendly at all. I've come here 3 times to try and give it a chance and regret all 3 times. Drive further, go somewhere else, it's worth it. read more

Waited in line for 10 minutes, then waited for our shaved ice for another 20. My wife and I each ordered a child size at the same time. Mine was ready 5 minutes before hers, and gone by the time she got it. They had made hers 3 separate times because the top kept falling off of her shaved ice. Lastly, my wife's snow cone didn't have cream on top after we had paid for it. We approached the register to request it and they said they ran out. We did not receive a refund. Granted, it's only $.75, but still annoying. read more

Snow cones are good, but it's poorly ran. They are slow and you go to order and there's three girls and they still can't get the order right. They have three windows but will only take orders from one. read more

Can't go wrong with mango or melona, but for something different try the li hing mui (sweet but kinda tart and astringent like cranberry). For 75 cents you can get ice cream on the bottom and sweetened condensed milk on top. Worth it! And they do an EXCELLENT job with the ratio of syrup to ice. That is what earns them my 5 stars. This location is very nicely outfitted with tables and chairs and tropical looking planter boxes. I have been lucky not to have a long wait, but one of the times I went, a huge line formed after we had already gotten our ice. Kindness worth noting: my 3 year old accidentally tipped his shave ice off the table because it was top heavy, and one of the employees came out and offered to make him a new one for free. I'm not into sugar free stuff, but I did notice they have some flavors made with Splenda. read more

Descent shaved ice. My biggest complaint would be the how little ice cream they put in when you order with ice cream. This place gets busy, so be prepared to wait. It's also a place where lots of teens like to congregate so don't bother going if you can't handle crowds of loud obnoxious teenagers. read more

This place is the best shaved ice that's not in Hawaii. The ice isn't thick like a snow cone. The ratio of syrup on the ice is perfect. The location is great and at night they put up cool lights that you sit under. read more

Never a fan of shaved ice, but it's ok. I got the kid size, comes in a plastic cup, not the fancy colorful cup, but it's pretty big. I got the one with vanilla ice cream inside. Line can be super long when it's hot out. There are tables you can sit, and put in your shaved ice. Come here when it's not as hot, so you can get some shade. Tables can be pretty dirty though. read more

This is the only place I go for shaved ice! You can choose from over 20 flavors, and mix and match. Ask for ice cream and condensed milk with your shaved ice!! It changes the whole experience! They also have a cute little patio to sit where the whole family can enjoy their dessert together! read more

Great friendly service. Nice little area setup to hangout in and eat the snow cones. The snowcones taste similar to any of the Hawaiian style snow cones in the area. When this place is open it seems to be very busy every time I drive by it. It's simple really. It's just really good. Plain and simple. Great price and great taste.
