Or triple. You'll thank me later. -Big sizes! The kiddie size is more than enough for me. -Good amount of flavoring. It's hard to find a place that gives you enough flavoring but not too much. Lucky's has given me the right amount every time. Although Lucky's is pretty great, there are a few ways they could improve. First, they could speed up the process. They are reeeallly slow, so it takes forever to get your shave ice every time. Second, there isn't a lot of seating, so you might have to stand while you eat. Also, the tables are located fairly close to dumpsters that tend to stink sometimes. And third, they don't clean off the tables as often as they should. I always find myself trying to wipe up someone else's sticky goo with a napkin. At the end of the day, the positives outweigh the negatives. Lucky's shave ice really is the best shave ice in the area! Come give it a try. Just be sure you're not in a hurry.

We waited 10 minutes to give our order, then 12 additional minutes to receive the order. I don't think he was doing a poor job, I think he was young, and should not have been left alone to manage the stand. The quality of the shaved ice was fine, but the experience of getting there and being there was not great. I hope it gets better - I probably won't be back for awhile, as there are other places which are consistently better.

When you are in a drive-thru line for 20+ minutes with 3 cars -- and you are the 3rd car -- the wait time is too long. I've simply backed out of the drive-thru a few times, grateful no one came in behind me so I didn't have to wait for yet another 20 minutes. This kind of extended wait time happens a lot. But what's more, they now consistently get my drinks wrong. Today is the last time I'm going back. I ordered a 32oz Me Time with Mtn Dew Zero, 1 extra scoop of fruit (mango), and fresh lime. When I got home, I opened my cup, and I had none of that. I did have a 32oz Mtn Dew Zero, and it did have about 1 tablespoon of frozen pineapple, and that's it. So what then did I pay for? And what makes it even worse is the staff -- especially the girls who run this place -- are often unwilling to fix the drink when it's wrong. They do it begrudgingly and are rude. This isn't an anomaly. I've been here enough times to know this. For this repeatedly to happen, I figure it might be a bad system, bad training, or bad staffing. What else explains this?"
