I submitted a complaint and they finally got ahold of me about a week later and she said she'd call me back after she figured it out (my phone was locked I got it refurbished from Walmart) and she never called me back! I recorded the interactions they were so bad. I was in tears. All that for them to say they can't turn my phone on due to me buying through Walmart and not them. They also told me I couldn't get my phone on unless I bought their at home internet as well. Then when I said something about them not getting back to me and how awful I was treated they replied with "case closed"..... I'm not a Karen.. I never complain and I'm patient but I've never delt with customer service like this before. One after another just awful either didn't have a clue or were extremely rude. It's not even about my phone getting turned on cause I understand but the customer service was ABSOLUTELY AWFUL. I'll never recommend to anyone.
