I just finished up painting work with RJ Painting Contractors and I am very happy, both with the…read morefinished product and with the entire process of working with them. I recently moved into a house and sought out painters for the entire first floor, including the entryway/staircase, kitchen, dining room, living room and kitchen cabinets. From the start, I had a great experience. Randy and his wife came to take a look at the area I wanted painted, and within 24 hours had provided a quote that I felt was both fair and affordable. They got to work soon afterwards. Throughout the process, they kept me informed of their progress, what they would be working on and when, and any other updates. I was impressed that they gave me a timing estimate at the start of the work and stuck to it. In addition to being professional and knowledgeable, they were kind and collaborative, talking me through certain decisions and giving me good advice about color options, sheen, doubts or questions I had, etc. I felt comfortable knowing that they understood the vision I had for my space and that they would bring it to life (which they did!). I could tell they cared about providing great service as well. For instance, Randy went above and beyond to find a very specific, high-quality paint for my cabinets that was hard to come by but would end up with a better, more durable and long-lasting finish. He ended up driving several hours to buy it from a supplier that was out of town, just to ensure it wouldn't be damaged by the cold weather which was a risk if it was shipped. I love the way the finished results look--it's exactly what I had hoped for. I can tell the work they did was great, and they paid attention to so many small details. I've already recommended them to family and friends, and I would certainly work with them again in the future if I need more painting done. You'll be in good hands working with them!

Honest Review: We…read morelive in Warsaw, and if anyone has struggled with hiring companies and dealing with no-shows, it's us! After getting multiple estimates for a new driveway installation -- which included removing our existing one that had become unsafe to walk on -- we were quoted anywhere from $47,000 to $95,000 for the same scope of work. From the start, Carson Winter impressed us. He told me that even if we didn't hire him, he would still be happy to help by connecting us with other tradespeople he trusted. That kind of integrity stood out immediately. We ultimately decided to hire Carson and CL Winter Construction, and we couldn't be happier. I explained what I envisioned, and Carson not only listened carefully but also offered thoughtful suggestions -- including widening the driveway by two feet, which turned out to be an excellent improvement. He didn't rely on blueprints but instead hand-drew exactly what I described, and then brought it to life beautifully. Although the weather extended the project timeline, Carson kept me fully updated, and I always felt comfortable knowing the job was being done right. His supervision was consistent (as confirmed by our Ring camera), and his crew was professional, skilled, and respectful throughout the process. The finished driveway looks fantastic, and when we later needed pilings installed for lamp posts, my husband insisted we hire Carson again -- and once more, we were thrilled with the results. The pricing was very reasonable for this area, and the workmanship was excellent. We truly appreciate Carson and his team for their professionalism, communication, and craftsmanship. We would absolutely hire CL Winter Construction again and highly recommend them to anyone seeking quality work done with care and integrity. -- Linda & Mike
