Sort of hidden in the back end of the Olympian shopping complex, they do stock in my opinion the best selection of certified organic fruit and veggies. Dry goods are also on offer and these are great to grab as snacks for home or on the run. Kevin,Ivan (whom I believe are the owner/operators) and their team are always eager to offer assistance and recommendations on the different items they stock. They're extremely knowledgeable and passionate which is what you want when you're shopping for what most people will consider "speciality" items. They know details of the certification levels and only stock quality in their shop. Frozen Organic meats, frozen sustainable wild caught seafood, fresh organic fruit and veggies (not just the boring veggies - they have that and a ton of things I've never seen before but taste amazing - Kevin will even suggest how to prepare/cook them), organic raw cultured butter and cheese, the most amazing organic dates in from Iran!! I'll stop now as I could rattle off soooo many things I am loving from these guys. They've got tons for the Paleo conscious and the gluten free crew...I don't really care (or agree for that matter) for the vegan lifestyle but I'm sure a the most picky vegan would be happy with the offerings on offer too. These guys have hunted and gathered from just about every corner of the world it seems!! The variety will surprise you - the freshness is always present - the prices are very reasonable and most of all they care about the lifestyle they actively promote in their selection of products in store. Great to have you in the hood guys!! Here's to more clean and healthy living thanks to your store!!

Upon entering, you decide which restaurant you want, place your order, and then you're given a number. While waiting for your food to arrive, you need to find a table and hope that the waiter sees your number quickly amongst the other 100 patrons dining at the moment. I ordered the curry beef tendon soup with rice. I would much prefer to have it in the bread bowl but with being gluten-free that is not an option. My order came out and I couldn't wait to dig into my curry beef tendon. I started searching in the bowl with my spoon and discovered that there is a ton of tendon and only two pieces of beef. Where's my meat? The bread bowl arrived almost 10 minutes later served in aluminum foil and with plastic gloves. Plastic gloves? What is this a crawfish boil? The bread is crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside with beautiful chunks of beef cradled in the center. The yellow curry sauce is served in a bowl on the side. Since I finished well before my husband, I had the pleasure of watching him savor most of his meal. It now dawned on me what the plastic gloves were for; to prevent you from making a mess of your hands while dipping the warm bread in the yellow curry sauce. Good thing I had my handy, dandy wipes on me! The tomato soup was delicious. It's thin, water-like, but bursting with flavor. It tastes like juice from a delicious pot roast your grandmother would make infused with onion. Note: this is not vegetarian tomato soup and I'm pretty sure they used juice from the beef to make it.

I ordered the tenderloin to be medium rare, but it was honestly towards the raw side. Medium rare typically has a firm seared exterior with a juicy warm pink interior, but the meat was really chewy throughout and was almost impossible to cut because of the fact it wasn't cooked well. (I actually ended up getting food poisoning the next day because of how raw the food was which was baffling to me). The creamed spinach wasn't very creamy and more on the grainy side which threw off the texture of the dish. The baked potato was done well and I had no complaints there. The blue Monday was one of their 5 cocktails they had, but it honestly tasted like a giant shot of blue curaçao. It really wasn't representative of a cocktail at all and I had to send it back because it was so strong. Overall the food was definitely a 1/5 for a place of this stature. Service - the service was the best service I've ever had in a fine dining restaurant. The staff were accommodating and very attentive, and they even took out the cocktail I ordered because I didn't like it. The service is immaculate and even though I despise the food, the service is commendable. Ambjance - the ambiance is what you would expect of your typical fine dining restaurant, the view is nothing crazy but it has a nice upscale interior. Overall, I only gave this place a 2/5 because the service was wonderful, but as I'm not here for good service, I'm here to eat some damn good food which unfortunately doesn't exist at this restaurant. The quality of food is abysmal for a fine dining restaurant and it doesn't do justice for the steakhouse genre.

Like many veg restaurants in Hong Kong, their menu reads very alike a regular restaurant, substituting any meat ingredient with a veg version. So, you get salmon, tuna, soft shelled crab, chicken, abalone, and many other things that don't sound vegetarian. When my salmon rose roll came in, I looked and looked. Even on close examination, it looks like the real thing, from the color to the texture to the white lines of fat. An amazing feat of food processing technology. So does it taste like the real thing? I always maintain that people who says that when a vegan says that the vegan cheese/ham/sausage tastes like the real thing, it's just because she has forgotten what the real thing tastes like. Short answer, no, it doesn't taste like the real thing, but it is not unpleasant either. Unlike some cardboard-like vegan, gluten free stuff that is barely palatable. I would order it again, but probably just as plain nigiri. The roll has too much mayo, and the truffle do not add much to taste. Soft shell crab is made by frying rolled up seaweed in tempura batter, which I prefer as it's more natural. They have other more traditional Chinese vegetarian dishes too, if veg sushi is not your thing.

Service was great, they even moved me at my request to a seat closer to the window so I could have a view. Let's face it, if you're looking for affordable Italian in the city, I'm sure there are plenty of more desirable options. However, if you're looking for something special, perhaps a "wow" moment, this is the place for you. Awarded a Michelin Star, I expected the standards to be high and the restaurant did not disappoint. We were seated by the window with a stunning view of Victoria Harbor down below, which set the mood for an elegant fine dining experience. The nimble staff was quick yet not rushed and paced the entire meal very well. Unlike some other Michelin starred restaurants that force you into a single prefixe meal, they offered several options including smaller pre-fixe meals to cater to each individual's appetites and desires. I selected the four course pre fixe which included the carpaccio, cavatelli, main course, cheese plate, and dessert. I spotted gnocchi on the the menu and since it was my favorite pasta and it was indeed house made, i decided to share it with my dining guest. They made no fuss about it and kindly offered to split the dish for us. After ordering, I took the opportunity to scan the restaurant. The dimly lit environs were flanked by floor to ceiling glass windows which allowed the panoramic city skyline to be your backdrop. Grand chandeliers cascaded above the sleekly designed restaurant lending to an opulent yet modern dining space. The open kitchen made for a more interactive environment, which i liked very much. It was nice to see the chef and his staff at work. It was quite remarkable. As soon as my carpaccio arrived, I knew I was in for a treat. It was sublime and literally melted in my mouth. The gnocchi arrived soon after and boy was I in for a treat. They felt like soft pillows in my mouth with a burst of flavor inside each heavenly bite. Coupled with a delicious meat sauce, I was tempted to lick my plate. It was that good. Following the gnocchi was the main course, which was the branzino di lenza. This expertly prepared dish prompted the chef himself, Nicola Russo to present it to our table with a description of how the fish was prepared. It was stunning, and the flesh was like butter. It exhibited an extraordinary mouthfeel with subtle flavors that did not overpower but enhanced the natural flavors of this beautiful fish. A winning dish in my book. Following the main course, we were greeted by Julia, the assistant manager who presented us with the evening's cheese selections. Her presentation was both thorough and informative. In all honesty, they all sounded so enticing that I asked her to provide us with her favorites. She did just that and I had the opportunity to enjoy some wonderful cheeses before our desserts arrived. When dessert arrived, we were provided with three exceptional desserts: the panna cotta, Tiramisu and lemon tart. I can honestly say I've enjoyed all three before but it felt the like the first time experiencing them that night. Each had a unique flavor and preparation that made it feel special and brand new, which was not an easy feat. Most importantly, they were successful twists to classics that I know and love and I would kindly welcome seconds if I wasn't already so full. Overall, I had an exemplary experience. The contemporary dining space, stunning views, thoughtful service and beautiful food made me a fan. I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a celebratory evening or just a special night. It's worth every penny. Happy Eats!

The shaker salads were surprisingly well received too - and didn't last long! Grown up menu was ok. I had the crab spaghettini, which was spicy and fishy, but had sat for too long before serving so the pasta had started to clump.
