If you feel like trying something new in Hong Kong you won't ever be disappointed. Fresca is a sweet little cafe that offers fresh salads, paninis, smoothies, soup, cookies, muffins, coffees and teas. All seems to be vegetarian and organic, so I'll be back often if they decide to add customer wifi and soy milk to their otherwise smart coffee shop/restaurant concept. Judging from the monochrome pics in the cafe the friendly owners with flawless English grow their own fresh produce or at least visit the gardens/ farms where the kale, onions etc. come from. The soup ( sweet potato and coconut milk, roasted creamy broccoli, velvety zucchini) small $ 35, large $ 45) looked amazing, so did the various salads (quinoa, kale, ...regular $ 65, large $ 85). They seem to have rapport with their regulars/ customers. And there is an upstairs seating area. read more
