There was also no information about basic bowl content, such as with what choices you start as your base, what your choices are for proteins, and which items can be included versus what items might be an additional charge. Often when making selections, I had to point or ask and just figured, "Okay, I'll see for how much it rings up." I was hoping for bottled water at checkout, all they had were bottles of fancier waters, and sodas. I didn't see the fountain drink cups until after I had checked out. Once you know the process and ingredients here, you're fine. I'll know a lot more next time.

It is lovely, upscale and fabulous. There is a wonderful spread of baked goods, including pastries, and muffins and donuts and cookies and tiramisu and meringue and cheesecake and more, that you can't help but see as soon as you walk in the door. There is a made to order car coffee bar from which you can choose your favorites. I ordered a delicious bacon, egg and cheese open faced breakfast on homemade sourdough bread. The bacon was very crispy, the cheese was cheddar (so you can't go wrong), and the eggs were cooked to my order which is always easy over. The eggs were therefore runny and creamy and warm. Absolutely delicious! Of course I ordered a fresh orange juice that came in a bottle, and as I mentioned, it tasted like it was fresh squeezed, but I don't know whether it was. I'll definitely be coming back. Everybody was very nice and they all had smiles on their faces when they serve you.

One potato wedge, 2 carrot slices, a few bobbles of stew beef and a lot of thick, over-salted stew. The accompanying wedge of soda bread had 2 hefty butter slices that couldn't save the dryness, but Irish soda bread is always a hit or miss prospect. On the other hand, a takeout Wedge Salad had everything I could dream of putting on a wedge of iceberg, accompanied by a healthy piece of delicious salmon that was cooked perfectly. A Reuben sandwich was full and seemed to please one of our party- the most difficult one to please - and the giant pile of french fries that cozied up to it looked like twice-cooked salty goodness. The third in our party had a simple Garden Salad that, like the Wedge, looked like it was a good salad. Coffee was good, and served alongside a little tray of a petite creamer, sugar and a single spoon was just a simple but sweet touch on a gloomy day. For me, the standout was the responsive waitstaff- servers were professional, informative about the menu and friendly without being overly pushy to order - the best combination. This business offers all of this plus a wide array of smoothie beverages. One of my favorites is the PB cup smoothie : Banana, Teddy's Natural Peanut Butter, Flax Seeds, Organic Chocolate Protein, Almond Milk and Chocolate Drizzle. As for Previte's Marketplace, there are typically lines of people waiting to get a fresh hot lunch that might include fresh, sliced turkey, meat, stuffing, mashed potatoes, delicious gravy, and more. over there right away. I'm focusing on this delicious Thanksgiving like spread that's available year-round because it's one of my absolute favorite things to eat at Previte's Marketplace. The marketplace has all different kinds of meat and other protein, including red meat, poultry, lamb,, pork, and veal and more. Proves marketplace has skilled butchers ready to cut the meat to your liking. Previte's Marketplace also has a multitude of prepared entrées ready for you to take home to serve to your family and friends or to bring to any social gathering. Such choices include cocktail, meatballs, and sauce, chicken, Parmesan, meat, and cheese, lasagna, and much more. They also have quiches and salads and more. Previte's Marketplace also has a full scale catering service that is available. Although I have not tried using their catering the service, I cannot imagine that the food would be any less wonderful at a catered affair than it is being carried out by oneself for lunch or dinner. By the way, there are a couple of tables just outside of the marketplace, but still inside the building in which Previte's Marketplace is housed. I frequently get my lunch there and of course, most often I get the turkey stuffing and mashed potato plate. By the way, they also make turkey stuffing and cranberry sauce submarine sandwiches. Absolutely delicious but very messy so get plenty of napkins! The only negative thing about this location is the actual location itself: it's on a very busy road with very limited parking, although there are some parking spots across the street. It tasted like it had been frozen, thawed, and simply dropped into the bowl. The rest of the ingredients were just as underwhelming. Everything was placed in separate, unappealing mounds around the bowl: a pile of tasteless sushi rice with a few sesame seeds, hard and underripe avocados chunks, unseasoned raw shredded carrots, smashed vinegar cucumbers with no trace of cilantro and beside that were the overpowering pickled red onions. To make matters worse, it all sat awkwardly on top of a mayonnaise ginger-soy aioli that did nothing to bring the dish together. There was no balance, no cohesion, and absolutely no flavor. It looked unappetizing and tasted even worse. I barely touched it. The server never asked why, and even if she had, I was with coworkers and wouldn't have felt comfortable saying how bad it was. For $28, this was unacceptable. Honestly, it felt like something a child threw together--bland, poorly executed, and completely lacking care. Would not order again.
