What a fantabulous bakery! This is what a real European bakery looks like. I tried the Baklava (pistachio) that looks like a birds nest and it was divine. The lemon cake is to die-for and it has the perfect tart and sweet balance. I'm still craving it and will definitely keep going back to this bakery. In addition to this wonderful family run bakery, there is a deli next door, same family owners that has meats, cheese and other European products that we (hubby) and me are going to try! Its a hit or miss to be completely honest. I've had stale macaroons that I paid quite a bit for and I was extremely disappointed. The only good experience I had here was when a younger gal served me and made me a pretty yummy fluffy crepe. That's the only time out of many many times I've visited the place. The majority of the time the customer service is rude, service is slow and pastries are stale. I wouldn't recommend this place unless it's your last resort ‍ read more

staff here are so sweet and helpful but in my opinion what blows this place out of the water is their absolutely HEAVENLY PERFECT AMAZING MACARONS !!!!!! like holy sweet mother mary, i went back four times in one week because they are so insanely addicting. well developed feet, full soft and delicate interior, smooth and crisp shells, never too dry and the flavors are PHENOMENAL. take my word or don't but i've eaten a lot of macarons in my day and these have been consistently my favorite. read more

Sweet Touch is where it's at. Vancouver/Portland residents, listen up. I recently moved here, and decided to search around for the best coffee spot in town and I've definitely found it. I can't say enough good things about the customer service. The baristas are friendly and welcoming, and seem to know their stuff when it comes to coffee. They serve amazing coffee & tea, along with Crêpes and have a variety of many European desserts (cake,macaroons,etc). It's a great atmosphere inside for almost anything, whether that's means hanging out with a friend, meeting someone for business, or simply wanting to read a book/do homework. Lately the service has been AWFUL. I'm severely disappointed. I've gone in two days in a row and the same woman has been working. She literally will not acknowledge you standing there. I've been a regular at this place for several months and it's never been this bad no matter how busy it gets. I walked out today without making a purchase after the woman helped someone who came in after me. On average, I'd say my fiancé and I probably spend $50-$100 a month on macarons alone. As amazing as the dessert is, it's not worth putting up with the terrible service. You've lost my business. read more

A friend brought me here because they love their tiramisu. I guess their macaroons are supposed to be good here too. I'm not a big fan of macaroons and I think tiramisu is ....okay. Their raspberry macaroon was pretty good and tiramisu, delicious! I also tried their crème brulee cake and is was delightful! Neither was too sweet or heavy on taste, which I really enjoyed. I don't have a big sweet tooth but I could easily devour a whole piece of either cake. It's quite a drive for me, but I would definitely come back here. So a friend took us here, and everything looks sooo good, couldn't wait to order, but as they say looks can be deceiving. We ordered a lot of different pastries and all were pretty dry and some super sweet, could not eat because either too dry or too sweet. I'm giving a two because it's a nice hangout area and the crepes were good because they make them on the spot. Could be that the pastry sit around too long and become dry. What a cute little gem over here by Vancouver Mall. I've been in the area many, many times and never knew this was here. I was expecting coffee and a decent place to sit and work but they had so much more. They had cases full of delicious home baked goods. Perfectly made macaroon and filling. The coconut macaroon was over cooked and was a hard cookie at best and not much of a coconut flavor. The pastaicio macaroon was just bad, filling and macaroon. Though they all looked beautiful. 4. The Tulip dessert - ah, ok. Thankfully it had fruit and a lady fingered soaked in something, because the whipped mouse had ZERO FLAVOR. the dessert is beautiful, but lacking in overall flavor. 5. DO NOT, I REPEAT, DO NOT BUY THE SALTED CARMEL BROWNIE. First, it is not a brownie- zero flavor, no salt and zero flavor caramel. Again, beautiful dessert, but lacking any flavor at all. UNFRIENDLY STAFF AND OWNER. I felt nervous to order. Owner was extremely rude. Seemed like she was pissed her shop was busy. My friends and I were doing a Bible study there one night and lost track of time. 3 minutes before closing the owner walked by us and yelled "WE CLOSE IN 2 MINUTES" and started aggressively putting the chairs away next to us at our table and turning down the lights. There were about 5 other people in there too still eating. We quickly packed up and left. She followed behind us and slammed the door shut and locked it. No "goodbye" or "thank you for coming in".
