In La Habra, though, one can find a bowling alley restaurant that's far, far better! I loved my first visit to 300 Bowl Coffee Shop. So much so, that I plan to go back in the next couple days. The dual menu here is American-Chinese. It has choices for almost everyone, certainly for me! Not a huge Chinese menu but, what it included was outstanding. I tried the Chicken Chow Mein, the Egg Rolls and the Fried Rice.. The food came out piping hot; for me, key to a great start. The chow mein was the perfect balance of noodles, meat and crispy vegetables. The unique egg rolls, almost burritos, were just right. The fried rice? Similarly well-prepared. As to service, friendly and efficient. Everyone there seemed to truly care that guests were happy with their experiences. The atmosphere? Standard-issue bowling alley coffee shop. And, I have zero issue with that! My one-and-only gripe? The seating in the booths; at least in mine, is uncomfortable. I'm guessing the foam cushioning has seen better days; I sank way too much in my seat. Hopefully, this is something that can gradually be addressed. I highly recommend 300 Bowl Coffee Shop. It's a SoCal dining treasure!

They don't make egg rolls like this anymore. Only a few places back in the 90s did and they are closed now. So thick burrito like egg rolls are unique. Very crunchy and somewhat greasy but just pat them off with a napkin. Service was fast and friendly. Sitting inside gives you a diner vibe and apparently it's been serving Chinese food for over 40yrs so get ready for a historic experience my friend. Happy crunching!

We got there without the usual long wait, which was a nice surprise! I ordered the Cali Toast with country potatoes and a Rose Latte, and everything was so good. The Cali Toast is one of my go to orders, and the Rose Latte is definitely worth trying if you're in the mood for something a little different. We sat outside, and the patio has such a relaxing vibe, perfect for lingering over coffee and good conversation. I've been coming here for years, and it's one of those places I always find myself coming back to. Great food, friendly service, and consistently a solid breakfast spot. If you're local and haven't been yet, you're missing out!

The orange juice tasted nice and cold and fresh. Very cute decor, the server was very kind and attentive. The pepper shaker cap fell off and dumped tons of black pepper on my friend's hash brown chips and they did not hesitate to bring out another order! Super kind. My only bummer was the toast on my Bacon Up Toast Breakfast was not... toast. It was very lightly toasted. Could have been WAY more toasted to hold the weight of all of the avocado spread, tomatoes, bacon, and onions that was stacked on top! Definitely needed a sturdy toast base so it was hard to pick up to eat. With the business being named TOAST, I would think they could nail the toast more. Food tasted 10/10 and will definitely be coming back. I will just ask for the toast to be more toasted for the future.

The fried chicken burrito sounded like it might be heavy, but it was absolutely delicious and surprisingly not heavy at all. The ribeye burrito was amazing too! And the orange juice is freshly squeezed, which is always a huge plus. Michael was incredible, so friendly and professional. We had a little mix up during our visit, and he handled it so respectfully and graciously that we were genuinely impressed. We will absolutely be coming back. I just found my new breakfast spot!

Early Morning Breakfast at EggBred!…read more I recently stopped by EggBred to pick up breakfast for my team, and it was such a fun way to start our morning together! We ordered a variety of items, including the Bacon Breakfast Burrito, Scramble Me Softly Sandwich, Cheeseburger, and Ribeye Breakfast Burrito. One thing EggBred does well is their eggs! They were soft, fluffy, and delicious. The Bacon Breakfast Burrito was good overall, although I found the bacon a little drier than I expected. I personally would have preferred it a bit juicier, but the salsa on the side was a nice addition slightly spicy I also love the idea of bringing breakfast like this to share with coworkers. It's a simple but thoughtful way to bring everyone together, break the ice, and start the day on a positive note.

He always takes a minute to come say hi and actually talk with you, which is a rare quality these days. The servers are all nice and the service is great. If you haven't tried the Nebraskan rib-eye, that's the move! If you're a fan of eggs benedict, it's a must order. It is the best I've had anywhere, not exaggerating. Early bird is one of those special places that feels like it actually cares, and it shows in the food and the people. Highly recommend!

After our stay at the Travellodge,we're very hungry and looking a place for good hearty breakfast…read more I was searching on my Yelp app then I spot it a good restaurant it's about five minutes away then we headed to the Early bird We arrived at the restaurant and park and walk a short distance to the restaurant. We step we ask a table for two right away the hostess took us to our table and then she hand us the menu and the waitess came ask us what kind of drink we like my wife ask iced tea myself black coffee. We're looking at menu the items were very impressive and breakfast have their own name like Grand Moff Tarkin breakfast sandwich,I couldn't believe they created a breakfast sandwich after a Star Wars character I like they also other name for their items. Then waitress we ask this is our first time at the restaurant we recommend the Benny Sampler it comes with Rancho Benedict, pork belly benedict, traditional come with skillet potatoes. My wife was looking at the Churro waffle but decided to order the Benny Sampler but the waitress told us the churro waffle will on the house because it's our first time at Early Bird. The restaurant have a vibe people will bring their family and having a good breakfast with them or friends this a true family restaurant with country family value restaurant. First they brought the churro waffle wow it looks so good it's a churro or a churro waffle on steroids or a mad creation from incredible chef and his minions and make this delicious items we love it. Then they brought our Benny Sampler meal we're very impressed we enjoy egg Benedict very much with a twist surprise us. I took a bite of tradition egg Benedict very good rich in flavor and savory in each bite I love the flavor then the Rancho Benedict another great Benedict great flavors and try the pork belly benedict this blow my mine the flavor was so intense in pork belly this probably my favorite from the Freeway benedict. The skillet potatoes was so good they use fingerling potatoes very creamy hold it flavor but adding garlic that's another level of flavor that blow our mind. Overall we enjoy the food ar Early Bird the service was incredible good and the staff but two person we thank one who brought the churru waffle and our meal thank you. The other person we thank very much for our service us is our waitress thank you very much.

We ordered the fish filet benedict, BBQ pork omelet and ube french toast. The food took a while to come out, especially considering there were only a few parties dining at the time. The waitstaff were friendly. They provided condiments and additional plates when the food was brought to the table. The fish filet Benedict came with a side of potatoes and salad. The salad was fresh, but the potatoes were underwhelming. Although they were warm, they lacked crispiness. The hollandaise sauce was creamy, and the eggs were nicely poached. The ube French toast had a crispy, crunchy exterior from being deep fried, but it was a little too sweet. Since the ube filling itself is already quite sweet, I'd probably ask for the syrup on the side next time. The BBQ pork omelet also came with a side of potatoes and salad. The BBQ sauce was simply drizzled over the top, while the omelet itself was filled with spinach and mushrooms. Plenty of parking in the plaza.
