It is a little stand facing the street, which looks underwhelming at first glance. BUT, they offer delicious coffee and delicious breakfast sandwiches and fast friendly service for a reasonable price. Don't skip on the spicy breakfast sauce. I don't typically like spicy sauces especially on breakfast food but it is SO good. We make it a rule not to go to the same places when on vacation so we can try new places but we broke it here. We went back both mornings because the sandwiches were so good. The only downside is there is no place to really sit and eat outside so you would need to take your food to go and sit in your car, go back to hotel or air bnb, unless it is nice out and you can find a bench somewhere. Overall, this place was a hit and I suggest you try it if ever in Friday Harbor.

I have visited other rolled ice cream places before, so the process of making the ice cream was the same as other stores, but it was still fun to watch. A notable point was that they offer unlimited toppings, which I didn't know--so it was a nice surprise! I chose strawberry jelly, cookies, whipped cream, and marshmallows. Because of the whipped cream, the rolled ice cream was partially covered, but overall, it looked very nice and cute. Compared to other stores, the ice cream started melting quickly, but the taste was very good--I liked it! Next time, I would like to try a waffle or a drink. There are lots of flavours to choose from (my favourite being red velvet cupcake.. I'm drooling thinking about it). Once you've loaded up your flavour(s), there are plenty of mixes to throw in from chocolates, gummies, fresh fruits and drizzles. Now, they do price their product based on weight so it really is up to you how much it can cost you. I've gotten some that can be as little as $4 to as high as $10. They even have a rewards program that gives you points for every dollar you spend. Once you've spent $50 (50 points), you get $5 store credit. You also get a 25 point bonus when you sign up online. Not only is the frozen yogurt delicious, it is such a pleasant experience. I have never had a problem in this establishment and I highly recommend it to anybody in the area who is in the mood for a treat!!

We stumbled across crèmecart at the Saturday Farmers' Market on Orcas Island. The two ladies who run the crèmecart, Michelle and Sommer, sound like they are regulars at the Saturday Farmers' Market, and other island locations as well. They rotate many cool ice cream flavors and cookie combinations. Their crèmecart Facebook page listed many enticing flavors, including: butter cookie and strawberry cheesecake ice cream; dark chocolate cookie and ginger ice cream; chocolate cookie with: salted caramel ice cream or coconut ice cream or chocolate ice cream; lemon cookie with: lavender ice cream or vanilla ice cream; gluten free almond cookie with vanilla or chocolate ice cream; and on July 4th, Apple Pie Ice Cream Sandies. How fun is that? So, like any food cart, crèmecart is seasonal, and moves around following the crowds. Thankfully, Orcas is a small island, and I promise you, they are worth searching for!
