While the size of the cookie is a selling feature, I would have preferred just a regular sized cookie. I sent a box of 4 cookies to my daughter in Ontario (I'm in Vancouver) for her birthday this weekend. It got there so quick! I chose the standard shipping option and it was sent out Monday and got to her today (Wednesday). The flavors I chose were Ferrero Rocher (limited edition), Red Velvet Brownie, Cookie Butter Skor and Cookies N Cream. She started sharing the box with her west coast university friends who miss home just as much as she does. The cookies were big, delicious and fresh. Cookies are delicious but delivery isn't great, hence 3 stars. If this review was solely for the cookies, I'd give it 4 stars. I've had a few issues with delivery and I wasn't pleased. Have ordered from here quite a bit so I bring good business for them and hope they'd get their delivery sorted. 5 days for delivery after ordering isn't something I have the patience for, especially that they're located quite close to all the places I am requesting delivery. Not sure what happened to yvr cookie which went from good service to non transparent and threatening if you simply ask about when certain better flavors would be available again. They don't clearly show their location on Google maps either after having a fake location in US before. I went all the way to Maple ridge to pick up my order before and got stale cookies that couldn't be saved even by heating then I went all the way to a farmers market where they had advertised there would be espresso brownie there but they never had any even when it first opened in the morning and they refuse to answer when those May be available again. read more

Very excellent cookies! Such creative flavours, including apple crumble and lemon loaf. Cookies arrived in the morning of the day I chose for delivery and were packaged very nicely. Would be a great gift. My only 'complaint' is that it's hard to taste the actual cookie because there is so much filling! Skor was the best as not overly sweet. The fillings were the best. These cookies are more cake than cookie and definitely need to be shared. Only feedback is to balance the sweetness more. This is an online cookie company that makes these giant, delicious, Instagram-worthy cookies! I kept hearing about them and as a cookie lover, I just had to try them out for myself. They only ship on Mondays and Wednesdays, so you have to get your orders in by Friday or Monday, respectively. The cookies will arrive 2 days after you order them. I ordered on a Wednesday and they came promptly on Friday at around noon. These are no ordinary cookies - they are THICC!! I decided to go with the Signature Flavors Box where you get to choose 4 cookies of your choice. I went with Golden Macadamia (white chocolate filling), Cookie Butter Caramel (soft caramel and cookie butter filling), Reese's Peanut Butter (peanut butter and a peanut butter cup filling), and Chocolate Chip (milk chocolate filling). They recommend heating the cookie in the microwave for 30 seconds before consuming. That way, you get the ooey gooey goodness of the melted filling. I have to say that these are the best cookies I've ever had! They are chewy, gooey, and packed with filling and flavor! I can't even pick a favorite because I loved all of them!
