You can tell Bobby pours love into his confectionery creations and is proud of what he does, handing out samples and answering any questions guests may have. There are various fudge flavors for sale that differ depending on the season. We were walked through the fudge making process and how he sources the highest quality ingredients for his product, something that you can't find in mass produced candy factories. After rounds of recipe testing he has fudge making down to a science, perfecting the amount of sweetness for each flavor. I'm obsessed with the pistachio fudge, featuring real pieces of pistachio throughout! I'm already planning a visit to the store for each season to try what new flavors Bobby has in store!

On Sunday morning, I needed to kill some time, and I decided to on some early Easter Shopping. LCC packs a lot of candy into that Shack. And the variety was amazing.
