The creme brulee one is so unique and the top 1/3 is amazing, but once you get through the crunchy top, the bottom part is just basic vanilla flavor. The Oreo is rich and creamy. Really pricey, but worth the splurge once in a while.

Service is prompt and they can get busy at times when people come in batches. The location is great in gastown but not as crowded as I expected. The crepe was fresh and tender, there was a healthy amount of filling, and the tuna salad was actually mostly tuna with just enough mayo to hold it together which is how I prefer it. Again, the service is just through a window - you actually order at an electronic kiosk and the only interaction with a person is when your order is ready. There are two small tables outside if you want to eat there. During the busy summer season, it's very difficult to actually secure one of these tables, but there's other seating on the pedestrian streets just a few blocks away on Robson.

It was delicious, but I was disappointed that there weren't more pieces of honeycomb throughout the ice cream. I was hoping for a little more of that crunchy honeycomb texture. The ice cream itself tastes a bit denser but still has a creamy satisfying texture. The London fog was fantastic! The mango raspberry was more mango than raspberry but also quite good. - London fog ($5.00 single) - came back on a Monday and they only had four flavours that day. We went with the London fog; just as good as the last time. - Dark chocolate and black sesame with honey ($7.00 double) - the dark chocolate tasted like a fudgesicle but better. First, it is an interesting location on east Broadway in a mainly residential area...the good thing is this allows for plenty of free street parking. The room is functional but leaves something to be desired aesthetically. The staff were pleasant and attentive. The flavours were very much in line with Earnest. Sampled the Dark Chocolate and selected my usual, Caramel Sea Salt. Strong creamy caramel taste (which is great) but unfortunately lacking any sea salt flavour. Glad we went but not sure we will be returning anytime soon.

There's no samples to try in the store, we just blindly trust it's gonna be good. We got milk and dark chocolate selection for gifts. And got a bar of white chocolate with barley for ourselves. Turns out the barley white chocolate bar is pretty good. Barley is quite crunchy and even though it's white chocolate, it's not super sweet. Was a bit sad didn't try the ice cream, it looks pretty good.

Everything is a bit sweet but that's what you're looking for when you order an ice cream waffle, right?! The Oreo was also a great choice. The tables are a bit small, but it's manageable. If it was full, I may be a bit claustrophobic but I think it's fine if there's some room. Overall, highly recommend for a latte or a sweet treat.
