Today is my birthday and I decided to visit Sweet P's with my daughter for my birthday breakfast! It started off well, as I mentioned to the worker that it was my birthday and she was so sweet to wish me a happy birthday and thanked me for choosing Sweet P's for my birthday breakfast. Well let me tell you.......we have visited over 70 coffee shops in the Cleveland area over the past couple years and I truly think this cup of Pumpkin Spice Latte was the worst cup of coffee I have ever had - I am not even sure what was in my mug but it was so horrible that I only drank part of it, then gave the rest of it to the worker when she came around to take some trash away - And to make matters even worse, when I complained about it, the worker didn't even care! Did I mention it was my birthday??? The ONLY reason I am giving 2 stars is because my daughter liked her coffee and egg bake. The place was cute and cozy and I loved the table of older gentlemen "regulars" that were just chatting away about everything under the sun - they were super nice.

I grabbed some donuts and a red eye coffee from here. Large assortment of donuts with a lot of cake versions. They were light and fluffy. My coffee was great, didn't enjoy getting it in a styrofoam cup though. I took my order to go but there was plenty of tables and even a nice sitting section in the back.

Food was very tasty. I got the breakfast pie. Crust and filling was all perfect. Also got a seasonal coffee. Very tasty and a lot of options. Maybe a few bucks too expensive for what it was all together but I can also just be cheap I guess. The cinnamon roll was good. July donut my wife ate she loved! Service was fast and friendly. Ambiance was a modern vibe with a cute vibe. Didn't recall seeing a changing table for toddler in bathroom about only thing I needed. Will definitely be back.

Quant coffee shop with a cozy interior snd bakery to compliment the same. The chai and brownie were fresh and delicious, especially when cuddled up in a chair with a book. Simple review, sometimes they'd all you need.

If you want a warm cup of milk, I mean latte you'll enjoy this cafe. $7 for a gluten free muffin and it was horribly dry.

I took my father there on Sunday April 19th at 5pm. Before I get started with the negative, I would like the manager of this location to know that they are very lucky to have Maddy as an employee. Now for the bad: when we walked in, at least four tables were filthy. Three tables had their chairs up like they were getting ready to close and there were three dirty tables in the back. We sat at the only clean table. The employee named Katy should no longer be working there. I don't know how anybody gets paid to be that rude to people. She didn't smile she didn't say hello when I told her I didn't come there often she wasn't helpful. I only ordered two sandwiches and drinks. It was a low maintenance order and she literally made me feel bad for making her take the time to wait on me. It was a horrible customer experience. While I was there, some guy came in who had gone home and come back because he was given the wrong sandwich. I didn't hear her apologize once. I took a picture and it's posted on this website of the overflowing trash area. The picture that I posted doesn't include our trash. I had to put our trash on top of the pile of trash. The place was a mess. I will say there is potential in the employee name Maddy she was super excited about the company and how they keep things fresh. She was excited to talk about the company and seemed proud. To the management, this place needs one heck of a makeover in every sense of the word

We haven't seen these friends in a bit so we were kinda eating and lounging and talking. We ordered the original corn beef to split the regular size and we got the homade potato and cole slaw. Our guests got the corn beef as well and potato pancakes as their side. One liked the potato pancakes and one did not. They are mash potato consistency not shredded. I tasted they were ok to me. The potato salad and cole slaw were both good. Better choice. The corn beef actually looked smaller than usual. It was good but I thought it had been larger in the past. Maybe not anymore. Service was good. Food came out on time. This is a good place to go. Prices are a bit high but it's a deli. You can do what we did and split the sandwich. It enough food. Bar is nice. The patio is nice too. It's a good space and they even have a party room if you want to rent it out. Slymans is an institution. We will be back at some point again.

Anyways, I got the Italian sub (because when in Rome, do as the Romans) the gal did offer to heat my sub and I took her up on it. I'm from Pittsburgh so the lack of Italian food in Cleveland sometimes, and only sometimes takes a toll on me. This was a refreshing find for me. The Italian comes with muffuletta on it. You know, the pickled vegetable/olive mix famous in the French Quarter of New Orleans?... My friend got the Caesar salad but with oil and vinegar. They also have coke products here! I don't drink much pop but when I waste calories on pop, it is only ever Coca Cola :) You can get pizza by the slice to go. The white artichoke pizza slices would've taken 40 mins so I opted for pepperoni. They put my slices in bags and I was on my way. I asked about the weekend hours (so I could bring my boyfriend when we aren't working) they do not have weekend hours. Gotta get here during the week YALL! It is entirely worth the commitment.

I did 2 cobblers (cinnamon peach praline, and caramel apple) as well as two puddings (red velvet, and NY cheesecake). My favorites were the NY Cheesecake and the caramel apple cobbler which was soooo good paired with the ice cream. The store was nice and clean and there was a very tempting display of cookies in the glass. The young lady working was very kind and helpful! She gave me recommendations and was patient while I decided on what to get. The reason my rating is a 4 star instead of 5 is purely due to price point: it was honestly a little pricier than expected. So I can't really see myself going regularly for that reason alone. Otherwise, I'm happy I decided to stop in!

Unfortunately I saw it too late and had already ordered. We chose wisely to take it out. Honestly, it wasn't that crowded that you want to keep a wad of hair on a table. And the place is a meat locker it's freezing. Now it's a cute concept. Different cobblers and puddings, ice creams, cookies, and such. Dessert heaven. We ordered the blackberry peach cobbler and it comes with vanilla ice cream. It came out about 15 mins later. It was hot. We got a small container of the ice cream and next size of the cobbler. Cobbler was warm. Good mix of fruit. The ice cream melted nicely on top. It was pretty good to be honest. The problem is again the store and tables were filthy. That is unacceptable really. Wad of hair is just so gross. I guess you can come here at your own risk. Cobbler was good. But you gotta wonder how clean is the kitchen if the front is that bad....

So my bf got a regular size spicy trifecta, a spicy version of an Italian beef with cheese ($14.50). There was soooooo much sliced beef! He was a very happy and full guy after he finished his dinner. Typical me, I ordered the cubano sandwich ($13), which was well-made and perfectly salty. We also shared an order of extra crispy fried pickles ($4.50). These are definitely a must-order! After tax and tip, we paid about $35. The owner was very friendly and kind and enthusiastic about telling us about his business. We were the only ones dining in on a Thursday evening in 2026 but some people stopped in for carryout orders.
