After the transaction was completed, the owner came over and told us that we'd been charged incorrectly because to-go orders cost more and that there was an additional $2. I understand that mistakes happen, and it's not about the $2. It's the principle and, more importantly, how it was handled. Once we had been given the total and charged, I don't think it was appropriate to come back afterward and ask us to pay more because the business had made an error. If there's a different price for to-go orders, that should be communicated and reflected in the total before the customer pays. Unfortunately, the experience left a bad impression. The desserts weren't memorable enough to make me want to overlook the service, especially with so many other bingsoo options in the area. Most likely won't be back. I'm giving this 3 stars, and honestly, that feels generous.
