The main reason for the 3 stars is the price-to-taste ratio. My wife got a small and I got a large, and the total came out to about $19, which is pretty steep for two coffees. At that price, I was expecting the drinks to taste exceptional. Unfortunately, mine was very acidic and honestly a little difficult for me to finish. I personally prefer a bolder, smoother coffee with more chocolate or rich coffee notes, so this one just wasn't for me. We both got iced coffees. They are both pretty ice heavy my wife actually finished her coffee before me. Normally when we go to coffee places, it takes a while to finish. Nothing negative to say about the staff--they were awesome and very welcoming. My rating is really just based on the price compared to what I felt I got in terms of flavor.
