When we explained we were there straight from the tournament to celebrate our boy, he didn't hesitate--he made him a fresh snow cone on the spot (even though they weren't officially open yet!) and gave us a punch card so we can come back soon. The owner added an extra $40 travel fee at the last minute, which was frustrating, but the bigger issue was that he CANCELED the day before my event claiming he was having "problems with his cart/trailer" What upset me most was seeing posts on social media the same day showing him out having a "fun family day," which made it feel dishonest and unprofessional. Because of the last-minute cancellation, I was left scrambling without food for my open house. After realizing I had seen the posts, I was blocked on social media instead of receiving an apology or explanation. Unfortunately, I will not be using this company again.
