The place is super New and is very nicely and brightly setup. I went here with my fiancé who lives close by but it was a first time for both of us. We picked two flavors for our gelato and requested to get it in a cup, just when the server handed the gelato cup to my fiancé, it slipped out of his hand and my heart fell on the floor. I went on the floor to start cleaning, but the owner immediately came to help us to clean and immediately replaced our gelato cup and was very very sweet about it. He also told me where I can go and wash me hands if they are sticky. I loved such generosity and help from the owner and can say that he is doing to get repeaters very soon for that place. What's good - lots of options for gelato, shakes, sundaes, in a place like Hemel it is open till late night What can be improved - really nothing, this place is already rocking

The honey ordered his usual, some nutty pistachio (which we got with chopped pistachio on top) and I ordered a scoop of the pear sorbet. Both were quite good and the only real neutral for me was that the seating was a bit of an afterthought whereas for Morelli's Gelato right down the street the seating was incredibly comfortable and stylish. I think if they made the seating a bit nicer it would have been a full 5 stars for me, but all in all it was definitely a nice stop for a scoop in London.

It is described as soft serve ice cream, oat crumble, and apple cinnamon stew. I love apple pie and ice cream and I saw potential for a nice treat. The girl behind the counter said she was willing to take my order if it is something simple. She was ok with making an applesolutely for me. Ohh it was so delicious as I walked off in bliss. It was just short of an actual apple pie slice stuffed in a cup of ice cream. The sweetness and the spices there had the apple stew flavor just right. It's hard to find good apple pie or apple desserts with good flavors that's reminiscent of grandma's apple pie. The ratio of apple filling to ice cream was even perfect. My sister sampled it and was at the counter 5 minutes later and the same girl was nice enough to make her one! It's a shame that sometimes you find the best foods far away from home.
