I initially used Yolanda's services to alter a skirt that I bought from someone else that was too long. Then, I came back for a high low skirt that was beautiful. This woman not only lied about my clothes being ready; she also ruined one of my dresses. My initial experience with DWC was great. I had a skirt made and the fit was perfection - that was a few years ago. In July 2021, I brought a few items to be tailored and was told it would take 4 weeks. The day before I was to pick up my garments I called to confirm. Yolanda slipped up saying she's leaving to NY and that my garments aren't scheduled to be ready until two days later. I was surprised that instead of saying she needed more time she insulted my memory by saying I had the wrong day, but it doesn't stop there. The morning I was suppose to pick up my clothes, I got a text message saying my clothes ARE READY, but she may have COVID and won't be able to give them to me. When I asked if her assistant could give me my clothes she said no one was at the shop and I would have to wait until after her test results. A few days later she confirmed her negative test and that I could pick up my clothes. When I got to the shop my clothes were still being worked on. I waited an additional 45 mins. Because of the possible fake "COVID scare" and having to wait I didn't try my clothes on. I inspected them at home and was disappointed with some of the tailoring: exposed and crooked seams, buttons that were to replaced are loose and hanging (a rushed job) and my clothes have a strong food stench. To top it all off she never offered an apology for the delay or thanked me when I told her I was praying for her health. I'm disappointed, frustrated and will NEVER use her service again. I'm currently searching for a tailor to fix her mistakes!!

Great place to come if you enjoy nice quality brands and items, at discounted prices. Lots of popular sneaker brands here, such as HOKA, OnCloud, & Brooks. The sneakers are usually on sale here for less than $100; Saw a pair of Women's Brooks for $70 the other day. I was able to snag a new pair of OnClouds (OnCloud X3) for $90 & the same style + color is still full price at Nordstrom for $150. Also, many nice clothing brands like Levi, Joe's Jeans, TopShop, Naked Wardrobe, Good American, AGOLDE, etc can be found here. These brands of jeans are sold here for $30-$90 when typically full price is ~$200. Totally recommend!

Christmas ruined for my daughter who was already told she'd get these. They listed them as a return when it's really a cancellation and on their part because they couldn't "find my order". I'm hoping they do the right thing and call me tomorrow with the whereabouts of my daughter's shoes. Shoes were at the store the emailed me that they were ready my mistake was calling and asking to confirm. They then saw what shoe and the price I got them for and boom they vanished. I decided to start fresh at Aritzia after hearing great things about their clothes and customer service--and I was completely blown away by my stylist, Diana. I think I tried on 50+ pieces over the course of 3-4 hours (I know... I'm a little crazy, and I shop like it's an Olympic sport ), and Diana was incredible from beginning to end. She gave honest feedback, suggested perfect pieces to pair with tops and bottoms I liked, and patiently ran back and forth countless times to grab different sizes and colors. She was also incredibly organized, keeping track of what I was buying in-store versus what would be shipped to my home, which made the whole process so much easier. Toward the end, after I'd gone through everything I picked myself, I asked Diana to surprise me with items she thought I'd love. She absolutely nailed it. Every piece she brought matched my style perfectly. She somehow understood exactly what I was looking for--even when I couldn't put it into words. Shopping is usually stressful for me because I'm not very confident when it comes to fashion, but Diana made the experience genuinely fun and effortless. I walked out of the store much poorer , but also incredibly relieved and excited because I finally have a wardrobe full of pieces that make me feel confident. If you're shopping at Aritzia, I can't recommend Diana enough. She's knowledgeable, patient, has an amazing eye for style, and truly goes above and beyond to make sure you leave feeling your best.
