Brightly lit, decorated minimally - it's all designed to make the bud stand out. And stand out it does! In the middle of the store are different varieties of their bud. Whether it's blue dream you're looking for, or OG kush, they have whatever you need. And they're all individually housed in this nifty contraption that pumps out their scent for you to sniff. The staff is so chill and chirpy, you can tell that they're happy with the products they offer. It made us take home a bunch of stuff to try. I'm so grateful serendipity led us to this dispensary.

I was on the hunt for finding a dispensary that carried my gummies I use for my insomnia and I came across this one! Upon coming through the door, I was greeted by so many welcoming staff and they even welcomed my puppy in with some dog treats which I was super appreciative of! I was helped by Daniel who was amazing and got me in and out of the store with exactly what I was looking for. I will be back in the future! read more

Sweet Flower has been my go-to place since I moved to Pasadena over a year ago. Amazing product, pricing, and staff especially. I wanted to mention Moises specifically. He has helped me on numerous occasions, always with a smile on his face. He welcomes you with the same enthusiasm every time, and really goes out of his way to make sure you're satisfied with your experience. Thank you so much Moises, and the rest of the wonderful staff at Sweet Flower! read more

Horrible experience every time. From customer service to prices. Not really a good variety. If you support work racism and discrimination among certain employees then you support Sweet Flower. I won't label them all like that, but one of them is Kira, not sure if it's Karen or Kira. Rude, disrespectful, self centered. I blame the owner for hiring a douche like her, she even barely know about cannabis. She acted will full racism and a discrimination towards me while I was working there. Zero star if I can. F*** corporate cannabis and everyone supporting that. This industry is owned by rich white men who barely know about cannabis, all they care about is their greedy ass pockets and boosting their ego by acting shit around their employees. Many dispensaries around Pasadena are better. This place is also sized like a tuna can, for his greedy ass to maximize profit. People only go there because they have no choice sometimes. Some are asked to post a review because they know this store is horrible and is killing the spirit of cannabis. read more

I will not recommend Sweet Flower in Pasadena. Spend your hard earned money somewhere else. They signed me up to receive $20 discount per order, after I reached a total spend of $600. Now I have spent about $1000 at this location since they opened. It's discount time. Last week I received my $20 discount. This week I did not. Why? I was told I have not reached the minimum spend. I asked he check again. The guy checked, and said I did not spend enough to earn my discount. What? That's not true, besides I got it last week. Dude just stood there but he held firm, and refused to give me my discount. I canceled the order and left. I was the only customer in the store, and they didn't even try to save the sale. Who does this? I came in to buy. It was a slam dunk. Was ready to pay and they let me walk. What a dopey store (pun intended). If this is how Sweet Flower treats repeat customers then they don't need my business. read more

Strange Passive Aggressive Sales People- A HAZE OF MISERY looms over this whole establishment. Especially avoid the sales- woman- TRULY A MISERABLE ANTAGONISTIC PERSON! Advice on the use of medicinal cannabis should only be offered by a knowledgeable team of experts, not passive aggressive, misanthropic, customer -hating, strange sales- people, who know nothing, can't answer a few simple questions, and give the oddest, uncomfortable, unfriendly and ugly attitude. What an awful miserable experience ... THEY NEED BETTER TRAINING! WEIRD. NEVER AGAIN! AVOID!!! With such strange attitude, I can't see how this place will prosper and survive. There are much better places to buy cannabis products, with more knowledge, willing and happy to help. read more

I am a very discerning stoner these days, particular about my strains and picky when it comes to edibles. For a smaller store, Sweet Flower is able to fit a great selection of their best products. I made a quick stop the other day and Arielle pointed me to a few choices of flower similar to my favorite, Jack Herrer. She was very knowledgeable of the effects of the strains and gave me great recommendations - Orion's Gate (sativa) and a limited time Rings of Saturn (hybrid) as a complement. And I asked for a loosely defined 'fun' edible to try, so she handed me a Garden Society gummy. This stylish little store is my go-to, and they even have treats for my dog! read more

Who knows how long they were talking before I got there. The gentleman waiting ahead of me seemed like they had been waiting for a while. No one else was working. Then once she wrapped up that guy she attempted to serve a younger guy that came in after all of us waiting in line. Thankfully he pointed out that there was someone before him. Then once she finished that guy, she attempted again to serve the younger gentleman that came in after everyone in line. The next gentleman had to speak up. Then again, when it was my turn, she tried to serve the guy that came in after me. I spoke up. Her friendly attitude became quite dry and stale while serving me, a woman. Definitely the worst experience I've had there with a bud tender. Beyond that, their prices are OTT. Why is it $30 for an infused Presidential here? Everywhere else I've ever gone they're $20. Their prices are on the high end. I know it's Highland Park and their spot is on York, but let's be sff. Despite their prices, I would've (out of convenience) still gone here but after today, I don't plan on coming back. They do have parking in back which is great and their security guy that handles the door and incoming customers is always very cordial and professional. I'll definitely stick to hitting my spot in Lincoln Heights or the spot I used to go to in my old hood in Hollywood.
