Returning customer for a while now. Products are always on point just wish they can get the product knowledge a bit more accurately. I was in there seeking Jeeter Rosin pre rolls and was told all Jeeters have rosin. I am too a sales man and customer service individual who takes pride in his work and would expect the same from those who service me. There were no customers was early enough to start off the shift positive but I got treated like a burden like I'm asking for free stuff. Hope this helps educate both owner and employee to appreciate the people as doors stay open due to customers. Feel free to reach out if any questions. read more

A late review but in April, I was overcharged for an item and they had no way of refunding me my money. They said they'd make it up to me...what a joke. read more

Sorry guys... it's very disappointing when I get one information and then something different after. I've finally found a really cute place to support my husband's religious recreational activities. My first experience was wonderful. This lady helped me and was so informative. Absolutely loved her customer service. Got me checked in and logged into the reward program and I told her since I'm about to give birth I won't be the one picking up for my husband anymore. She said no worries husband can come in, use my phone number, and he can get the same bundle I get him. So I'm on bed rest now. Sent husband. Of course he spent more but the male sales person wouldn't let him use my number for rewards. I was even on the phone with him and the rep said I physically have to be there...... Note to business : never had a problem with using the same reward number as a married couple. Whether one or both of us are physically there. I'd really rather come to this location bc it is closer however being that your reward program is so meticulous and strict for a weed shop. I suppose I'll go back to our original location and drive 30mins out read more

They're selling synthetic vapes. I purchased one Cake vape + the authentic QR code + Serial number on it has been scanned too many times. Very suspicious. Be cautious when shopping here. You don't know what's in their products. Also they won't let us return the vape either. read more

The employees were very helpful when I went here. Explained to me everything I needed to know. Even gave me a discount. I will definitely be back to cop some more treats. read more

This shop is so beautiful! Came to do a quick pick up before a festival and all the employees here were wonderful. Security kept the line under control so the wait wasn't long. Only thing I would say is the prices do seem a bit steeper than what I expected but they do include some discounts for you if it's your first time. They are cash and card which was pretty cool! read more

Manager doesn't care. I bought a sweet flower preroll that was rolled to tight. I didn't even smoke it. I asked the manger if I can have another joint or refund. She said no refunds. When I said it's bad customer service she said I was banned. Worst place ever. Go somewhere else. Bad products. read more

This is a very cozy and friendly shop that's in a great location! I normally order online and drop in to pick up because I need a specific cbd product. It takes me a while to peruse through their inventory of stuff, that I am mostly clueless about, and to compare products. Every time I've stopped in, the staff has been very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. read more

Becca is so cool she told me about the atm across the street that takes Apple Pay- lifesaver fr. Love this place when I'm getting off work they're quick and easy and so kind every single time and the prices are valid. read more

Love this store and crew! They care, hands down. They recommend products cause they're well informed. Appreciate that. Well done. I'm a loyal customer. I prefer the consistency of products. It's all why I gave them 5 stars. read more

They are always so nice and helpful here!! They have a good selection and good deals weekly!

They have this one guy that does this frikkin skit to everyone and it holds up the whole line. I get it jolly blah blah but this guy won't shut the frik up, nor does he take care of the orders in order. I finally had it and just bounced. Super expensive too with no rewards. Might as well go across read more

Super cute shop with a nicely curated array of products. Super helpful and professional staff. No rude or aloof staff here. Prices are fair for the quality you get. Really liked the tincture that doesn't give me munchies. It works! read more

Rude staff with mermaid tattoos. Not welcoming atmosphere. Not going here again to be honest. Everything is over priced anyway.

4 only because I did not SEE a large stock. The staff was EXTREMELY helpful. The stuff that was purchased did exactly what I was told it would do, and pricing was very fair. A great c value with two thumbs up! read more

ONE YEAR ago a reviewer named Juan left this review and I completely agree with everything he said: "I am a local I live up the street and I've never had worst customer service ever then at this dispensary the white male at the front had a horrible attitude made me just not buy anything DONT WASTE YOUR TIME JUST GO TO ESSENCE ACROSS THE STREET" The customer service is dog poo. The guy at the front was SO aggressive and started scaring people in the store. Rise is across the street--bye sweet flower! read more

Staff were professional and helpful, the shop was clean, and there was a good selection. None of that elitism I've experienced in other shops! read more

after coming here for years I finally had it with the snobbiest customer service the tenders have here Zero stars If the workers don't want to work STAY AT HOME!!! THROW ME SOME ATTITUDE & IM GOING TO WALK OUT I CANT ASK A FEW QUESTIONS WITHOUT GIVEN SASS....... I've had enough of this place read more

Thank you to Daniel for being so welcoming and helpful! Definitely would come back :)

Shout to Daniel!!! Thanks so much for your help!!! Appreciate your expertise!! :) hahahahahahahhaahhaahahahhahahahaha read more

Very disappointing that this company won't stand behind their mistakes. I have purchased a THC/CBD balm for my hands from Sweet Flower several times and when I came in a few days ago they sold me the wrong balm. I called back that day & was told they would exchange it if I brought it back but when I returned on 8/15/24 Matt the mngr wouldn't do it. He also wouldn't tell me the other manager names or even give me corp office info. I must say he was quite rude to me. Suggest you go to RISE across the street that has much better customer service!! read more

Great experience at Sweet Flower. Gibson was super knowledgeable and made great recommendations. The store is bright and happy and easy to shop. Will be back! read more

Dude the staff here is so unfriendly and rude and unhelpful. If you're on the westside I recommend visiting Coastal instead, a completely opposite experience where everyone's super friendly and helpful also with a lot more variety of products. read more

Love this place. Very clean, great selection, and really good daily deals. Love coming in on Fridays and getting buy one get one 50% off on the Camino gummies. Everyone who works here has been so nice and helpful. Only thing that I wish they would do is accept credit cards again. read more

Didn't have the best experience which was unfortunate because I was excited to try this dispensary. I would recommend Essence instead. They have more variety and friendly more helpful staff read more

Giant wasteful plastic bag forced upon you. Need to scan your id and text you a code to use a debit card. Doesnt refund debit card fee.

They accept credit and debit cards. 15% off first purchase. No stiiizy's but they had an alternative.

Love love love this place! Courtney was absolutely amazing! Very savvy and had such a fun vibe! Totally made me want to keep shopping like a kid in a candy store!! I know there's locations closer to me in LA but this place is definitely worth the drive! Thanks guys! I'll see you soon!! read more

I was excited to see Seet Flower opened in Pasadena. It's a beautiful establishment and everybody was very friendly and accommodating. I'm looking forward to seeing how they do rolling out their delivery service and in general. There have been a few promising dispensaries that nevertheless did not think their model through and faltered when the demand rose faster than the infrastructure. Sweet Flower has a few locations around Los Angeles which to me indicates they know exactly what's up when it comes to expansion. I'm hoping they have mad success and handle it like a champ. I also hope they put together some kind of subscription service so that those of us who rely on specific products medically CAN rely on a dependable supply when it is needed each month or two weeks from Sweet Flower. I wish them all the best. I think they will do well. read more

I was a Med-Man until I walked in here. Happy, smart and wonderful and far less expensive. Mc Gara especially knows the inventory well. I work with harsh heavy chemicals which over time has created many health issues (especially dental) and had I known I never would have done it. Damage done, I now must use these products as pain and insomniatic issues. These folks know their stuff! read more

In my opinion, this place is overpriced, has a small selection, and has rude employees. But, if you are in the area, it's one of your only options, so there you go. read more

Do not recommend over priced with some low grade extract. My third time there and my last time just be informed not worth and the people there are downers esp the security guard . Don't like your job find something you enjoy read more

The staff and security were completely unprofessional. I've been going here for months now and I went 10 minutes before closing, the security guard rudely shush me away and everyone else that followed. This was completely unprofessional and I will not be returning to his location again I recommend you stay away too. read more

Mcgara was amazing and so helpful! There were a lot of sales when I went and was surprised I was under my budget when I checked out! Super clean and new looking shop. Definitely will be returning. read more

Very small, limited selection, stuck up employees who refused to acknowledge you because there was "too many people" (read: too few employees scheduled). The prices were ASTRONOMICAL and they didn't even have any cartridges for Stiiizy's which is one of the most basic brands ever. Don't waste your time, and walk a block over to Essence, that place is night and day from how mediocre this place was in price, inventory, and service. Only reason I'm not rating 1 star is because the customer service was just negligent not offensive, and not rating 2 stars because I didn't get a chance to actually try their products so I can't fully evaluate it for that. Just don't waste your time when there's one infinitely better literally a block away on the other side of the street. read more

This is literally the best place to get what you need!! Daniel is the best, but all of the employees are super great and super helpful. Their products are great and the prices are super reasonable. What I love about this place is the relationships you kinda build with the people here!! Just such a great vibe overall and Unfortunately I'm moving back to Orange County , but I wish there were sweet flower locations closer to me. Trust me, this place is really great! I'm gonna miss it so much. read more
