Sorry guys... it's very disappointing when I get one information and then something different after. I've finally found a really cute place to support my husband's religious recreational activities. My first experience was wonderful. This lady helped me and was so informative. Absolutely loved her customer service. Got me checked in and logged into the reward program and I told her since I'm about to give birth I won't be the one picking up for my husband anymore. She said no worries husband can come in, use my phone number, and he can get the same bundle I get him. So I'm on bed rest now. Sent husband. Of course he spent more but the male sales person wouldn't let him use my number for rewards. I was even on the phone with him and the rep said I physically have to be there...... Note to business : never had a problem with using the same reward number as a married couple. Whether one or both of us are physically there. I'd really rather come to this location bc it is closer however being that your reward program is so meticulous and strict for a weed shop. This shop is so beautiful! Came to do a quick pick up before a festival and all the employees here were wonderful. Security kept the line under control so the wait wasn't long. Only thing I would say is the prices do seem a bit steeper than what I expected but they do include some discounts for you if it's your first time. Very disappointing that this company won't stand behind their mistakes. I have purchased a THC/CBD balm for my hands from Sweet Flower several times and when I came in a few days ago they sold me the wrong balm. I called back that day & was told they would exchange it if I brought it back but when I returned on 8/15/24 Matt the mngr wouldn't do it. He also wouldn't tell me the other manager names or even give me corp office info. I must say he was quite rude to me. I was excited to see Seet Flower opened in Pasadena. It's a beautiful establishment and everybody was very friendly and accommodating. I'm looking forward to seeing how they do rolling out their delivery service and in general. There have been a few promising dispensaries that nevertheless did not think their model through and faltered when the demand rose faster than the infrastructure. Sweet Flower has a few locations around Los Angeles which to me indicates they know exactly what's up when it comes to expansion. I'm hoping they have mad success and handle it like a champ. I also hope they put together some kind of subscription service so that those of us who rely on specific products medically CAN rely on a dependable supply when it is needed each month or two weeks from Sweet Flower. Very small, limited selection, stuck up employees who refused to acknowledge you because there was "too many people" (read: too few employees scheduled). The prices were ASTRONOMICAL and they didn't even have any cartridges for Stiiizy's which is one of the most basic brands ever. Don't waste your time, and walk a block over to Essence, that place is night and day from how mediocre this place was in price, inventory, and service. Only reason I'm not rating 1 star is because the customer service was just negligent not offensive, and not rating 2 stars because I didn't get a chance to actually try their products so I can't fully evaluate it for that. Just don't waste your time when there's one infinitely better literally a block away on the other side of the street. read more
