Real corned beef mixed with real shredded potatoes. The ratio of corned beef to potatoes was perfect. It looks like 80% corned beef to 20% potatoes. Combined with eggs and fried potatoes, it was a very delicious breakfast. I highly recommend giving Kihei Caffe Lahaina visit for breakfast or lunch. Again, the line starts early.
