Huron Forestry did an excellent job. The crew was prompt, professional and took pride in the work they did. They went out of the way to make sure my yard looked balanced and even trimmed some additional trees to make sure everything looked great as a whole. They really cared about me, the customer, and made sure I was happy. The cleanup was also impressive. They smoothed out all the dirt from stump grinding, picked all the mess from cutting and even raked up fallen branches that were on trees that they didn't cut, again exceeding expectations. Tom from TNT tree removal service, did an excellent job today. This is the second time he has…read moreremoved a tree for us. Last evening and earlier this morning we had rain and a wind storm. I called his office, his wife Joanne answered and promised me that they would try to stop by today, if not tomorrow morning first thing. About 3 hours later Tom is on my door step giving me an estimate and concern that this tree was laying in the street edge, but not blocking traffic, all the same it was a hazard. After we agreed on his very reasonable price he started right then and there. He had a helper and a chain saw, and immediately cut the hanging branches and removed the limbs laying in the street. What relief to have him do that for us. His other crew showed up 1 1/2 hours later, to cut down the rest of the tree and remove the stump. They performed exactly what was quoted in the price. We are very happy with the company, the quality of customer service and the reasonable pricing. We where treated more like family and all the workers were very professional. We would recommend them to all our family and friends.

Ken was also very responsive to answering all of our questions and concerns after providing the quote, and was able to adjust it to suit our needs. We ended up going with a tree-trimming, and cabling of our large white birch tree. The company did an excellent job, trimming the tree down to protect our roof line, as was our main concern, were respectful of ours and our neighbors property, and did not leave any debris behind. They have all the equipments for their needs and removed the 70 feet tall linden in no time. 6 men crew showed up and they were all professional. They are the most professional company I've worked with (not just tree removal). I had a few concerns with removing the tree's: like damage to my new driveway, how close the large maple is to my house, and how close my backyard trees were to my neighbors garage. Brian (owner) came out a second time to take a look at my concerns and was confident they would have no issues. They even gave me their insurance policy with the quote so I could feel reassured that if something did happen, their insurance would take care of it. The crew was extremely friendly and professional and very helpful answering some questions I had this morning. They showed up exactly when they said they would. They have 6 guys working and got the four 20+ft spruce trees down, cut up, and chipped within 45 minutes! The largest tree in my front yard required the use of a Crane, and the entire jobs including clean up was about 4.5 hours. Overall I felt relieved and happy that this job was done well and we can move onto the next project.
